USSuperior Customer Service I had delivery issues that were no fault of Gift Baskets Plus and they replaced my order, which also had complications. They called the delivery company for me to re-route to the correct address and the gift arrived within two days as scheduled. I was very impressed by their follow-up and commitment to taking care of my order. I received constant e-mail communication until it was confirmed that the delivery was successful. USA company that goes 10000 miles to make it right. Thanks so much! Placed an order for a get well basket. The manufacturer, NOT Gift Baskets Plus, sent the wrong item. Customer service resent the proper item which Priority Mail lost. Spoke to owner Paul who really made it right! Thank you Paul, I will order from you again!

USbasket and ordering The basket I ordered looked bigger online, but still was nice. I also didn't receive a confirmation by email when I ordered, so I wasn't sure the order went through at first.
