I was not pleased I have 4 kids and ordered the same gift basket for all 4. They ended up sending 3 of what i ordered and 1 different one wtihout asking me or notifying me. It was a surprise to all of us. One of my kids felt left out and I felt terribly.

Item Looked Better online than in person The item looked a lot better on your website page than it did when it arrived.

My Aunt Loved it I purchased the basket of sugar free items for my aunt and she called and LOVED the basket. I would definitely buy from them again.

Customer service unacceptable Ordered a large quantity of gift baskets and the return process is awful. Company ignores your calls and does not respond to questions in a timely fashion.

Family Flix Basket I do marketing for my company and ordered two of these baskets to give away at health fairs. Everyone that sees them comments about how "neat" they are and asks where I got them. They are a "hot item" and I will be ordering more in the future.
