GBCustomer service unacceptable Ordered a large quantity of gift baskets and the return process is awful. Company ignores your calls and does not respond to questions in a timely fashion.

GBSuperior Customer Service I had delivery issues that were no fault of Gift Baskets Plus and they replaced my order, which also had complications. They called the delivery company for me to re-route to the correct address and the gift arrived within two days as scheduled. I was very impressed by their follow-up and commitment to taking care of my order. I received constant e-mail communication until it was confirmed that the delivery was successful.
