They will ship part of the order and then try to convince you that only way get rest of the order is to place new order, basically extorting more money from you. Support is extremely unprofessional,rude and hard to understand. Located most likely in Ind**a, Do not order from them, you will loose your money.

Customs scary letter from customs. Crim. Div. UGHHH They intercepted my package and warned me of severe penalties. Fines, and prison. I will buy from store for a bit.

We all have to give the co. some slack until they get their act back together and are able to get orders past customs. when they do they are really legitimate.

Item did eventually arrive. The company does state that it can take months for items to arrive. I ordered 6 cartons first off and after some 7 weeks - nothing had arrived. I received a letter from customs to say that they had been seized. I contacted Duty Free depot who sent 3 cartons of a different brand (twice as expensive) These cartons arrived without incident. I have now placed another order for 3 cartons. Hopefully they will arrive! Thanks duty free depot

I place order for 12 cartons of Karelia… I place order for 12 cartons of Karelia Blue cigarettes on December 18,2018. 8 cartons came in February I try to call Dutyfreedepot, no answer, I sent an email - no response. I think no more orders from this site. I have been ordering cigarettes from this site for a very long time (over 10 years) and before if some items were missing they reshipped in short period of time, but this time is almost 6 months and nothing is happening. All missing items disappeared in New York. Whenever items were shipped trough San Francisco there was no problem. Bogdan Bzowski
