GBHORRIBLE customer service!! HORRIBLE customer service!!! Just gave me the run around for over a month and staff is incapable of reasonable problem solving conversation, basically they just read scripted policies over and over to customers with complaints and never solve the problem. They will not back a defective product and I'm out $250 and stuck with a pair of cleats that can not be worn without the potential to cause an injury. I was told to contact the boot maker (in Italy) myself!🙄

GBPoor return policy They don't have a customer-friendly return policy on cleats. WeGotSoccer only allows returns of brand new cleats. There is no way for a player to experience the true fit and performance of the cleats, besides just trying them in the store. My daughter wore her Nike AG Elite cleats for 1 training session and they gave her severe blisters (unlike any other pair). But because she wore them for 90 minutes, they will not take them back. I wasn't looking for a refund. I wanted an exchange. Extremely poor return policy compared to its peers. For those looking for better return policies: Soccer.com has a 30 day, no questions asked, train and play in the cleats and return them for any reason. I've also returned cleats to Dick's because they were not comfortable after playing in them.

GBWe Got (NO) Soccer Uniforms You may have soccer, but you definitely don’t have soccer uniforms. Promise was 3-5 weeks for a uniform kit, been over 7 weeks and still hasn’t even shipped. Asked to cancel and be refunded the $100 and was told sorry not possible. Definitely need to address that policy. Whether it’s custom order or not, I’m not paying for a uniform that my kid will wear for 1-2 games! Unacceptable

GBHorrible experience with returns Besides everything being overpriced, when you try to return something that you bought using the company that made the product´s sizing chart, they won´t take it back!! The product did not even have a name or number on it

HKThe return policy is another fruad They sent me a wrong item that I need to return it, and the policy says if you are asking for a refund, you need to get confirmation from the company before you sent the item back. I asked for a refund and sent emails, tens of emails, and they never replied... I am thinking they are sending me the wrong item on purpose
