Slow shipping, inadequate/canned customer response. Slow prep, shipping and same old story from customer rep. Ordered 1 month and 10 days ago, estimated 3-5 weeks shipment. 8 days ago I requested updated ETA and was told 5-10 business days. I called again today and got the same "canned response" of 1-2 weeks. Seems like that's their typical response. Games start this weekend and we have nothing! I wish we had another option to get uniforms.

Hope Never to Do Business with WGS Ever Again When we ordered two jerseys 12 days ago, the invoice assured us it would ship in "3 business days." It is now Wednesday. My son has a tournament starting Friday. In response to an email sent today, they first responded that it would ship NEXT week. Then, in response to a phone call, they said it had shipped TODAY. Then, in response to a followup question, they said that, well, the USPS will be picking it up sometime this afternoon. Estimated time of delivery . . . maybe Saturday? If given a choice, I will NEVER do business with this fly-by-night outfit again.

Will never buy from them again Will never buy from them again! Got our cleats in a reasonable amount of time but they were way too small and this company does NOT provide a return shipping label. You spend $300 for cleats and you return at your own expense! That is extremely poor customer service!!

Worst attempt at omni-channel retail I… Worst attempt at omni-channel retail I have ever seen. If I buy something at the retail store in Jacksonville, it is always a great experience. The people are nice, and the product is solid. However, stay away from the website at all costs. Their fulfillment is awful, and then when you want to ask about it the service is equally awful. If you have a local store, you are probably safe (Jax for sure), but otherwise I would avoid them and use Soccer.com.

Uniform was guaranteed to be in for first game if ordered by Aug 5. I ordered 2 different team uniform kits. One is ready but they won't ship because other kit is missing socks. More people should speak up! teams should stop using
