No response to 24-hour support promise I placed an order. I wanted to add files to my order the next day. I did not remember my password. Their site says they will send me an email to change my password. The email has never come. I contacted them multiple times via chat, Whats app, and email. It has been 4 days but no response. Many times I sat on their 24-hour support chat and no one ever responded. Sometimes it seemed like a non-human who just responded "Hi" but no reply to my questions. This is my first experience. They have my money but I want it back.

What I got in return was something that read like a lazy college student wrote at the last minute, using a bunch of "fluffy", filler words that made absolutely no sense. It is a terrible paper and I spent several hundred dollars on it. Based on other comments, it doesn't sound like I will get my money back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
