I asked for specific things on the paper and received half of it. The citations were false meaning that thought you are citing at the end of a sentence; when you go into the article there is no such information. That could get you kicked out of school. I had submitted a rubric and it was not followed. The company recognized that it was a bad paper but would not refund but are only offering a free paper. NO NO NO - you did not provide the service requested. And no nowhere is your policy says a free paper will be offered it talks about refunds. SCAM COMPANY do not Use. Use another service. There were many grammatical mistakes and the some sentences don't even make sense. It is as if the person just shuffled words around. They do not stand by the quality of their product.

A few papers were returned incorrectly, and my last order was not returned AT ALL! I am unable to contact them by phone, apparently the number listed does not work, and no one has responded to my messages.
