No response to 24-hour support promise I placed an order. I wanted to add files to my order the next day. I did not remember my password. Their site says they will send me an email to change my password. The email has never come. I contacted them multiple times via chat, Whats app, and email. It has been 4 days but no response. Many times I sat on their 24-hour support chat and no one ever responded. Sometimes it seemed like a non-human who just responded "Hi" but no reply to my questions. This is my first experience. They have my money but I want it back.

SCAM, FRAUD Stay away, company is based out of Kenya with a false number online. Fake company, fake good reviews. Ordered a paper to be delivered days ago with no paper. They do not respond to emails demanding refunds, or any other emails for that matter and now I have to change my card number through my bank because I realized they are fraud. They need to be caught and taken down!!!!
