Bristol donation center Awful rude manager! Awful rude manager!Rude to customers and volunteers.Prices items to high and won't change them even when you show you can buy brand new cheaper! Shop is only doing well because the other girl there is always working hard while manager is always on days off on phone or computer! People above her should talk to volunteers about how she talks to them! Rude rude rude!!

Corrupt Salvation Army Here we go again. Another expensive TV ad asking people to donate £19 to buy clothes for homeless but why don't they give these homeless people the clothes they collect for free, why do they have to sell them to overseas customers when they know there are people here in need of these clothes, or people at the top are now demanding higher salaries and they need to fund these salaries. It is time someone starts investigating the Salvation Army and look into the source of funding they receive from overseas customers

Absolutely appalling attitude Absolutely appalling attitude. Firstly the home collection was booked for the afternoon. The driver called at 10am and decided to come earlier and gave us 10 minutes notice. Upon arrival the items were in pristine condition and the staff members were rude and decided not to take any items and said to the other staff member “ we’re not having much luck today”. You should be quite honoured anyone even bothers to donate any items. I suggest to anyone don’t bother as they’re clearly rude.

The Salvation Army are the very best at… The Salvation Army are the very best at everything . I have learnt so much from their compassion and understanding . We can all learn from the Salvation Army. I volunteer for the several drop ins and homelessness .Without exception every homeless person I speak too says the Salvation Army are the kindest and the best.5 stars are not enough

Rendered donation useless. We had a name brand mattress to donate… We had a name brand mattress to donate that was only eight months old and taken very well care of that cost us $1500.00. This mattress looked brand new, We even covered and put something under it to store it until Salvation Army could come pick it up. When they picked it up they threw it in the back of the truck and Slid it to the front. When they lifted it up , it was completely black and unusable. My wife wound up in tears. This completely changed my view of the salvation army. We will find another way to donate.
