GBThe website was easy to use The website was easy to use and the risks of backing a product are well documented. I had seen an article in a Japanese online newspaper regarding a toy but it was only available in Japan. I then came across it on Indiegogo unfortunately it was only available in the USA. It was then made available for delivery to the UK. The toy arrived today just 8 days after I invested in the product all the way from Japan, sent via Japan Post and delivered by Parcelforce even though Indiegogo warned it would not be shipped till their 10 cancelation period had elapsed. I was able to track it at every step of the way.

CHGood comments are paid employees, bad are scamed customers. SCAM, AVOID them This company is a SCAM. I hope for you that you come here before creating a profile or buying anything. If you did, cancel and request a refund as soon as possible. I have spent 1K+ on a product, received updates as "copy pasted" and nothing ever happened. Indiegogo marketed the product heavily and the campain raised 3M+. They left with the money, and did not respected the terms and condition of Indiegogo. The company did nothing, and is just saying the usual "we were a yougn company, we are still learning..It is not our responsability" that they will probably post below here. AVOID or loose the money you send, up to you

CHIndiegogo is actively supportiung scam projects. It's save to say that Indiegogo is a company providing tools for scammer. My Experience is with IvizBox2 Pro. Originally it was scheduled to be released sporing 2018. After endless excuses from the prject owner, in 2024 they still claim suply chain problems and Covit based excuses... I finally gave up asked to be removed as a backer consider the money being lost. Indiegogo refuses to delete the scamer form their side and even accept orders. I'm wondering why we can't legally do something about this platform.

GBTerrible policies for preventing scams Disclaimers abound saying they don't facilitate shopping and there are no guarantees you'll get the thing you backed. BUT when someone takes your money then drops out of contact and doesn't give you anything, indiegogo will send them a message asking them to contact you. That's it. They leave the scammers on the website, free to keep taking peoples' money. They could at least shut the listing down. That seems reasonable. Luckily many of the vendors on the site are honest and you get the thing you backed. But when it goes wrong indiegogos policies are absolutely useless.

GBDon’t even bother contacting support The company is extremely unhelpful. Don’t even bother contacting them, as they mark queries and complaints as ‘solved’ without even acknowledging them. I was asking for clarification on something one of their team said, so it’s not like I’m asking them for something they can’t do! And even if I was, a simple email saying ‘sorry, we can’t help with that’ is better than just ignoring me. Makes it even funnier to me that the response to these negative reviews on here, is the company recommending us to use the contact button. If they give the same answer to this it just proves even further the fact that they don’t even bother reading what their users are asking/saying ETA: So look at their response...and guess what happened when I contacted that email? If you said it got marked as 'solved' with nobody contacting me, you get a cookie!
