Buyer then filed a case with PayPal and ended up getting a full refund. So I guess we can just win bids on eBay, never accept delivery, and get a full refund and seller eats shipping costs and restocking fees too? Screw PayPal. Don't use them unless absolutely necessary.

I did 2500.00 in xactions and Paypal says its an ebay sale and holding my funds 30 Days!! Forget about talking to a real person. I hope there is a class action lawsuit

Paypal email accounts. BEWARE! I read an article recently that Paypal have been in trouble in the USA with data and this is a further cautionary tale that shows you mustnt use paypal under any circumstances. I tried to open a paypal account with my email address and discovered that its already in use with paypal with a lady in the USA. I know this because I went through their security checks and shut down her account and i got the email to say that I had, revealing her the last 4 6 digits of the other woman telephone number. When I spoke to paypal 'customer service' woman(yeah they are a joke!) to advise this and to explain their was a major issue, she said that she would email the other lady to advise the problem. Guess who got the email. DONT USE THIS COMPANY, YOUR DETAILS ARE NOT SAFE.

I am furious that PayPal allowed my… I am furious that PayPal allowed my account to be hacked by a false company. Then denied my case when I brought to their attention. So I had no other recourse but to close my account, spread the word and never do business with them again.

DO NOT USE PAYPAL - EVER DO NOT USE PAYPAL! Cancel your service, delete the app from your phone, switch to Google Pay or a reputable service. Your money is not secure with PayPal and scam online merchants know that PayPal will not protect your transaction. No refunds, no protection from PayPal. Run, run fast!
