I am furious that PayPal allowed my… I am furious that PayPal allowed my account to be hacked by a false company. Then denied my case when I brought to their attention. So I had no other recourse but to close my account, spread the word and never do business with them again.

Sold an item on eBay Sold an item on eBay. Buyer refused delivery, then filed a case with eBay and lost (no returns or refunds). Buyer then filed a case with PayPal and ended up getting a full refund. So I guess we can just win bids on eBay, never accept delivery, and get a full refund and seller eats shipping costs and restocking fees too? Screw PayPal. Don't use them unless absolutely necessary.

Great Website The fact that this website exists and has existed since 2003 is proof that their title is accurate. From bitter personal experience I know that Payapl sucks. Use this website and the information on it to free yourself of Paypal. I can't recommend it highly enough.

PAYPAL SUCKS FOR A BUYER!! I closed my PayPal account after I opened a dispute and they sided with the seller. I purchased what I thought was a designer label womens top from a USA company but after given a tracking number and waiting almost two weeks, the package still showed it was at the seller's address. I did some research and found that this company was out of China but using a Wisconsin address that was not valid in Google maps. I called Chase Bank and they reversed the charges. Thank you Chase!

PayPal took money from my linked bank… PayPal took money from my linked bank account, unauthorized. It supposedly went to an organization that I've donated to before, but they did not receive it. My bank refunded the money, and I unlinked my bank account. Now my PayPal account is restricted unless I send them personal documents--which I refuse to do. But they won't let me close my account--which I want to do-- and if anyone sends me money, I won't be able to access it. I spent 4 hours on the phone with PayPal before contacting my bank, and got nowhere. The most frustrating financial issue I've ever had. Is there some legal entity to file a complaint against PayPal?
