Sold an item on eBay Sold an item on eBay. Buyer refused delivery, then filed a case with eBay and lost (no returns or refunds). Buyer then filed a case with PayPal and ended up getting a full refund. So I guess we can just win bids on eBay, never accept delivery, and get a full refund and seller eats shipping costs and restocking fees too? Screw PayPal. Don't use them unless absolutely necessary.

PayPal took money from my linked bank… PayPal took money from my linked bank account, unauthorized. It supposedly went to an organization that I've donated to before, but they did not receive it. My bank refunded the money, and I unlinked my bank account. Now my PayPal account is restricted unless I send them personal documents--which I refuse to do. But they won't let me close my account--which I want to do-- and if anyone sends me money, I won't be able to access it. I spent 4 hours on the phone with PayPal before contacting my bank, and got nowhere. The most frustrating financial issue I've ever had. Is there some legal entity to file a complaint against PayPal?

Incompetence on steroids It has been more than a month after initially notifying them of a problem which they have still to correct. The techs who have corresponded seem to be the most inept I've ever come across in any company.

Had a seller cancel shipment of item on… Had a seller cancel shipment of item on ebay and was told the refund was being sent, well it never was sent. After going through a deep maze of "chat" windows and hidden phone numbers I was basically told to take up my issue with my bank as its not their problem. There is NO reason to use them anymore, what added value do they give you?

Paypal is the worst run company I have… Paypal is the worst run company I have ever dealt with. I sold an item on Ebay, customer paid promptly, Paypal closed my account with NO explanation, I tried to get my money sent via check and all I get is "Transaction Error!!". I sold all of my Paypal stock. Ebay is in the process of dropping them also--good move. Ray Sims
