GBI thought I was calling the collection… I thought I was calling the collection agency to get a letter from them and then Hazam just started explaining to me that he could help me out with my issue. Even though I had to pay credit wellness to resolve my issues with the 3 credit bureaus, it is so much easier than dealing with the credit bureaus.

Very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. No one enjoys talking about credit scores…especially when you don’t have an excellent score.
