I thought I was calling the collection… I thought I was calling the collection agency to get a letter from them and then Hazam just started explaining to me that he could help me out with my issue. Even though I had to pay credit wellness to resolve my issues with the 3 credit bureaus, it is so much easier than dealing with the credit bureaus.

Jayna representative Jayla made me feel comfortable and She was very consistent in my debt needs. other debt company burn me. and she told me they can help me. right a away she got started. Jayna awesome person.

Very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. No one enjoys talking about credit scores…especially when you don’t have an excellent score. So, I very much appreciated her approach and sense of humor. I look forward to working with the agency!
