GBUgo E was fantastic! Ugo E was fantastic at explaining everything in a clear and concise manner. He was extremely polite and respectful. My only wish is that the company would train their staff to understand nonbinary identity and to teach them not to use “ma’am,” “miss,” and “sir” with people who express their gender identity. Regardless of that, I still appreciate everything Ugo did.
