5/5 Customer Service! Charlie was AMAZING! I originally was calling to discuss a specific collections charge however, I am so grateful that I was able to connect with her. Very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. No one enjoys talking about credit scores…especially when you don’t have an excellent score. So, I very much appreciated her approach and sense of humor. I look forward to working with the agency!
