These folks walked me through and even sent replacement equipment. Awesome!! GBAn amazing company An amazing company. Had a problem with DAB radio interference after fitting V5 dashcam. Customer services were so helpful and supplied replacement part by return. They even followed up to make sure everything was now OK. Now works perfectly and is an excellent product. I highly recommend this company.

GBGreat product, great Customer Service! The product is wonderful, but the thing that has won my loyalty is the customer service -- absolutely, unbelievably wonderful. When my third purchase stopped working, I thought there was no recourse, but decided to try Customer Service. This kind, patient person named GiGi offered several suggestions (that didn't help), and then offered to send me the newest model, gratis. She did, and when it came, I installed it in minutes. Worked perfectly on first try. It is pre-paired, which is a great improvement. Thank you, GiGi, and thank you AutoVox!

GBI purchased the solar wireless… I purchased the solar wireless reversing camera 8 months ago and it was brilliant. Then all of a sudden the battery failed and wouldn't charge up. Contacted seller and Vicky sent me a new camera free of charge and now it works fine again.
