Great customer service Great customer service! I purchased a dashcam from Auto-Vox and the product is fantastic. However, I ran into issues with installation. The customer service rep was quick to ship out the proper mounting bracket at no charge. After receiving the proper bracket, I realized my vehicle had a different style fuse attachment than what was provided. Again, the customer service quickly sent out the proper attachment at not charge. The rep, Kaya, followed up with me a few times to verify that I received the parts and that the installation went well. I highly recommend products from this company!

Excellent service Excellent service. I bought a Autovox M1 Pro reversing camera via Amazon in March 2020 and it has worked really well. Unfortunately the monitor fell off the screen in July 2021 and smashed. I think this was due to the hot weather. I contacted Autovox via e mail and they kindly sent me a full replacement kit within 48 hours even though the original was out of warranty. Full marks to Vicky at Autovox for arranging this.

Reliable company with good products We got few wireless back up camaras from Auto-Vox. It's easy to install and have good signal. I've used it for travel trailer so it's about 30' from the camara to monitor and still works really good. Very happy with the products. Reliable company.
