USno help at all no help at all. tried to reset my password using my email and i never received the email to reset it. i tried numerous times. and when i called no one was able to answer and their chat apparently doesn’t work even though they say it’s a 24/7 service

USVery helpful customer service I was trying to look up information on a person using their username. One site led me to ID strong. Even though I didn't get the information I needed and the original search that I could find it, the customer service agent was very helpful and kind and help me cancel ID strong because that's not what I needed.

USNeeds improvement I hate to do this..sorry...not enough information on the person you're looking up. You're cheaper than Been Verified but thats probably because they have way more info about the individual/s you're checking out.
