GBI would recommend this customer service… I would recommend this customer service rep to anyone who needs help. She was very polite and helpful in all respect. I kept interrupt her not intentional I am just very impatient. She was so understanding and was telling me she was sorry I was the one who was sorry. But she had patients and very apologetic she was great, and I hope if I ever must call back I get her. But I feel bad because I could not remember her name.
