NLAfter paying 2 years for a Pro plan and… After paying 2 years for a Pro plan and having an active essentials plan tradingview decided to delete my profile. 3 years of work gone. I tried to contact support, but because my profile states it isnt on a subscription plan i have to wait a couple weeks. What a garbage service. For so much money they may give better support to their customers. I hope that i get a compensation for all this.

GBI stopped using TradingView over 9… I stopped using TradingView over 9 months ago. Cancelled my subscription and am still being charged. I finally reached a guy in support. He was rather rude, made my complaint and asked them to stop charging me. I am still being charged and now the phone number is not available. Very frustrating. Customer service is non-existent. Beware

VNStop using this platform ! I have been using Tradingview with Premium account for 5 years and more. Trying to share my indicator to community but I always got banned by their stupid home rules and get a un-respectful and impolite explaination from their team. I tried to contact to get the solution but they're all useless with a terrible support attitude. Stop using this platform !

PLCRASHING on Iphone 13 pro max; Alerts horrible 1) the mobile app for IOS is not reliable. It freezes up and you never know when it kicks in again. Yesterday it stopped working both on desktop and mobile for 7 min with normal internet connection. 2) The alerts are very poor and options limited. The sound notifications on Iphones - terrible ! you can't manage sounds from iphone settings, no music, just short stupid sounds from the late 90ties. 3) There is no option to send alerts via telegram. 4) The charts are very hard to sync between desktop and a mobile ph. 5) when you zoom in and out you need to fix everything and it takes time. 6) for the same subscription cost, clients from Dubai can place orders on Bybit via tradingview, but it's not possible if you are in the EU or US.
