MAHorrible. Horrible. I was banned because of a few phrases I used in the ideas. When I asked customer service and explained to him the phrases are not for ads he said he can do nothing. So, now I ended up with 1-year subscription that I cannot share, comment, or do anything on the platform. This is a clear theft. I'll never renew the premium subscription and obviously I can't ask for a refund.

GBI have the top level subscription for… I have the top level subscription for tradingview.. I'm having an issue with renko and have contacted the support person assigned to my account. It's been over 3 weeks I opened ticket and exactly 10 days since I last heard from him. It's fairly sad for a company who charges so much and has so many clients to put their clients at the mercy of one person. No one else you can call, complain or escalate. If this person is not being helpful either intentionally or unintentionally you're stuck. I'm going to dispute the charge due to lack of support.

ALGood times with crippled charting I’ve been subbed to the Premium service for years at this point. While the actual service is great for basic and unique charting features and has the potential to be incredible, this review is focused on customer service (and why it degrades the entire TV experience). For that, 4 of 5 stars are flushed down the proverbial toilet…because if you ever run into chart inconsistencies or other technical issues, you’re up TV s*** creek without a paddle. That translates into accepting the unacceptable in the form of perpetual technical bugs, data inconsistencies between charts and time-frames and foundational features that work for some time only to randomly cease to function, never to return. I’ve opened a couple of support tickets outlining my issues in extreme detail and the replies I got were so utterly useless, I’m at a loss for words as to how to accurately express the emotions they engendered. Helplessness? Existential angst? That news report about the guy that flew his plane into the IRS building comes to mind…but I digress. I’m beginning to suspect that the ‘support agents’ are just really bad AI that are incapable of anything except the most rudimentary responses…which may or may not even correspond with the actual issue you’re having. If you enjoy being gaslighted and your technical problems marginalized by friendly, useless AI that have no idea what you’re asking unless you stick to an under 200 word vocabulary, you’ll love Tradingview support! You’ll especially love tolerating the bugs that interfere with accurate charting because noone is accountable for anything on the platform. And as a bonus, you’ll have trouble finding any official TV tutorials that reference their latest updated layout or any nuanced issues at all for that matter. Since they are somewhat of a monopoly and no other service comes close to what they provide in terms of charting tools, I continue to pay them to be abused and confused and to enjoy the 1 star service at 5 star rates. PHGo to Charting Service by a FX Scalper Great charting features. Having a paid annual plan is worth it if you fully maximize the features. Tip is to avail annual plan during sale. (Premium plan approx. 12K Php) I personally love the charting features (a lot of free indicators to choose from)

ARMeh.... Great platform, BUT sometimes all your drawings dissapear without reason... you have to draw it all again. **** this!
