CACharged me but NEVER UPGRADED I had premium account which was on automatic PayPal payment. I tried using the BlackFriday promo didn’t work I opened a support ticket they never responded. The PAP got charged to my PayPal at FULL PRICE $338.82 which almost $500 CAD this past Xmas day!!!! They NEVER UPGRADED my account I CONTINUE TO TRY NO RESPONSE …PayPal hasn’t been able to get ahold of them and either has my bank.

AUScam They give you an offer of 50% off your annual subscription for the premium plan. But it's a lie because it's less than 50% if you compare the annual normal price to the annual price with the discount. It's only 50% if you compare the annual with the discount, to a month-to-month plan. That's like saying- Apples are half-price! (compared to the price of oranges. And then salesy trick no.2 they say it's $359, then by the time you get to the checkout, it's actually $396. I'm not paying for it out of principle. If it said '60% off annual plan for a premium subscription - $396' Then I would pay but I don't want to support an unethical business. There are other more ethical businesses I can choose!

CWHorrible customer service. Horrible customer service. Tried to open up a support ticket, Received 'Error, report could not be send due to a server error' Refreshed page a coulple of times. Tried another browser No possible way to open up a support ticket. I made a screenshot of the error and my question and send it by mail. The answer on the email was: "We don't provide support via email. Please open a support ticket from the website." Great job t.v. !

PTPlan coercion due to naming Been premium client for 5 years. Got coerced into professional plans recently because my account has "management" in the name. No alternatives proposed by support, can't rename my account either. Meanwhile my subscription was paid until 2025 and I can't even access a simple candlestick chart or get a partial refund. I guess thats it. EDIT: Upped rate from 1 to 2, but still terrible experience overall. After a lot of haggling I got a partial refund for the time I had left.

GBI have the top level subscription for… I have the top level subscription for tradingview.. I'm having an issue with renko and have contacted the support person assigned to my account. It's been over 3 weeks I opened ticket and exactly 10 days since I last heard from him. It's fairly sad for a company who charges so much and has so many clients to put their clients at the mercy of one person. No one else you can call, complain or escalate. If this person is not being helpful either intentionally or unintentionally you're stuck. I'm going to dispute the charge due to lack of support.
