Do not trust this service Do not trust this service. You can't even confirm an appointment before they charge you. It's all a scam. The booking page says, "You will not be charged yet" - You enter your card information and then it charges you.. Like what kind of business is this place running. Even then, you are automatically set up with a person without having the opportunity to choose, read reviews of the person, read a bio of the person? Whoever created this app, has poor business mindset. Poor service, do not trust.

Great Service This was a great experience. I was staying at a hotel in Miami and after a super stressful day dealing with business matters, all I could dream of was a deep tissue massage. Bigtoe came to the rescue! My masseuse was nice, punctual and super skillful. I visit Miami at least once a month and can imagine myself being one of their regulars.

Do not use this company Do not use this company. Gave them the address in their app and they couldn’t find it. Therapist asked me for directions. I’m from out of town, all I had was the address. When she was 15 minutes late, I told her it was too late and to cancel. They refused to issue a refund.

No sure about ALL of these negative… No sure about ALL of these negative reviews - my entire experience was GREAT! I booked a 1-hour sports massage on line. Booking service was easy and painless. After I booked my massage - I realized that I had made a mistake while booking - my wife wanted to receive a massage after mine was complete. I reached out to customer service via CHAT and was able to also book my wife's massage to be completed after mine ended. The customer service rep assisting my was great and solved my issue quickly and professionally. - though I would have preferred to be able to call and speak with someone "live" being an old dude - I prefer phone call to electronic text conversation. Regardless, Customer service assisted me and fixed my problem quickly. Massage therapist Swan was a joy. Both my wife and I enjoyed our respective massages immensely and plan on schedualing a massage every couple of weeks or so. Having a massage come to you in the comfort of your own home. is SOoooo much better than having to go out and drive to a massage location. We even purchased a massage table so that the therapist doesn't have to bring one. Our entire experience was FAB!

Totally disgusted by this company Totally disgusted by this company! I can't reach anyone in customer service it said it would take 15 minutes I've been waiting for 52 still no response! They gave me a price online of $330 but yet they charged my card $400 415 and I still haven't even got a massage booked! I've reached out to customer service no response I've tried to cancel there's no way to do it online there's no customer contact number there's no way to talk to a live person BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! TOTAL SCAM When I try to file a complaint they ask for a booking number and I never received one!
