GBI had Kiiara from Charlotte North… I had Kiiara from Charlotte North Carolina I have never in my life had a better massage. I am a survivor of a major car accident and I am a congestive heart failure patient so to help me get relaxation is difficult and if I happen to fall asleep on you that is a compliment, she had me asleep and the first 30 minutes out of a 90 minute massage, but kept quietly speaking with me to make sure that I was pleased with her process. She worked through therapeutic stretching tension release fluid release I could not have asked for more compassionate therapist, she was slow and methodical and many therapist go way too fast, going slow and taking time to understand the body and being intuitive is very important and she was all of this , best experience ever !

GBTerrible customer service. Run!! Terrible customer service. I moved a massage that I scheduled post op, but I was having complications. Had to pay a fee for that. Then I tried to change my appointment several days out when I had more issues. The day of my massage, I ended up in the hospital for emergency surgery. I paid almost two hundred dollars for nothing. In addition, there’s no way to communicate with the therapist before the session to even prepare them for what they are walking into. The worst.

GBGreat Service This was a great experience. I was staying at a hotel in Miami and after a super stressful day dealing with business matters, all I could dream of was a deep tissue massage. Bigtoe came to the rescue! My masseuse was nice, punctual and super skillful. I visit Miami at least once a month and can imagine myself being one of their regulars.

GBDo not use this company Do not use this company. Gave them the address in their app and they couldn’t find it. Therapist asked me for directions. I’m from out of town, all I had was the address. When she was 15 minutes late, I told her it was too late and to cancel. They refused to issue a refund.

GBGreat CS First review I see is, "Horrible customer service!" My experience was a complete opposite. I reached out because I hadn't heard back realizing my email wrong. The rep fixed my info, booked, and confirmed our appointment.
