Totally disgusted by this company Totally disgusted by this company! I can't reach anyone in customer service it said it would take 15 minutes I've been waiting for 52 still no response! They gave me a price online of $330 but yet they charged my card $400 415 and I still haven't even got a massage booked! I've reached out to customer service no response I've tried to cancel there's no way to do it online there's no customer contact number there's no way to talk to a live person BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! TOTAL SCAM When I try to file a complaint they ask for a booking number and I never received one!

I booked appointment on Valentine’s Day… I booked appointment on Valentine’s Day and it’s said that I would not be charged until the appointment was confirmed but they charge my card . The appointment was not confirmed four hours before my appointment I called and they couldn’t tell me nothing but yes, they charged the card and somebody will be calling me, so I said go ahead and cancel the appointment because I can’t wait more hours before the time if somebody don’t show up and haven’t nobody’s confirmed, but you already receive the money. They still charge the card a cancellation fee.

I am staying at Disney’s Pop Century… I am staying at Disney’s Pop Century resort. I’ve been tense and my idea of a vacation is R&R. I used the Big Toe App to book a deep tissue massage with Renpet S. She was AMAZING. Extremely relaxed and comfortable. Found my stressed areas even though I hadn’t mentioned some and after initial friendly conversation did an AMAZING and THOROUGH massage. Deep tissue, stretching, and good energy and vibes. As I wrote this I feel great, and this WAS the highlight of my vacation! PERFECT!

This is a fraudulent operation that has… This is a fraudulent operation that has zero customer service and stole my money. They did manage to answer my credit card company when I disputed the charge so there is a fraudulent human working this ring.
