GBTerrible customer service. Run!! Terrible customer service. I moved a massage that I scheduled post op, but I was having complications. Had to pay a fee for that. Then I tried to change my appointment several days out when I had more issues. The day of my massage, I ended up in the hospital for emergency surgery. I paid almost two hundred dollars for nothing. In addition, there’s no way to communicate with the therapist before the session to even prepare them for what they are walking into. The worst.

GBNo sure about ALL of these negative… No sure about ALL of these negative reviews - my entire experience was GREAT! I booked a 1-hour sports massage on line. Booking service was easy and painless. After I booked my massage - I realized that I had made a mistake while booking - my wife wanted to receive a massage after mine was complete. I reached out to customer service via CHAT and was able to also book my wife's massage to be completed after mine ended. The customer service rep assisting my was great and solved my issue quickly and professionally. - though I would have preferred to be able to call and speak with someone "live" being an old dude - I prefer phone call to electronic text conversation. Regardless, Customer service assisted me and fixed my problem quickly. Massage therapist Swan was a joy. Both my wife and I enjoyed our respective massages immensely and plan on schedualing a massage every couple of weeks or so. Having a massage come to you in the comfort of your own home. is SOoooo much better than having to go out and drive to a massage location. We even purchased a massage table so that the therapist doesn't have to bring one. Our entire experience was FAB!

GBThis is a fraudulent operation that has… This is a fraudulent operation that has zero customer service and stole my money. They did manage to answer my credit card company when I disputed the charge so there is a fraudulent human working this ring.
