Wow phoned friday to hire a jacket and… Wow phoned friday to hire a jacket and waistcoat, turned up on booked appointment to be told there would be a surcharge, explained i need a prince charlie for a formal to be told they don't hire them, even though i asked for this on initial call, waste of time and now left me trying to source 3 days before event

Flimsy face masks and Poor Service Ordered 6 masks and after over a month wait, I was pleased to receive them. First wash on delicate cycle left 5 in perfect condition and one which came apart at the seams. Reported to the customer service and instead of replacing the faulty unit, a member of the customer service team suggested that it was "just good luck that they have come out in one piece" after not washing them by hand. And that I could order more with a discounted postage if I wanted to replace the faulty one at my own cost. Dissapointing product. Poor Service. Avoid this company.
