GBTop Notch Customer Service … We had an issue with a sink that originated in manufacturing and Lee Hazer was exceptional in getting this issue resolved for us quickly! GB5 Star Service! I don't usually write a review because I normally don't get outstanding service, but Turk Denktas went above and beyond to help me and I got outstanding customer service with him. He was super fast, he was very personable, he listened carefully to what I needed, and helped me from start to finish in a way that I felt extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. GBIt has been challenging to make… It has been challenging to make purchases in this state of supply shortage & inflation. Out of two dozen venders I had to make purchases from, Mila from Chef’s deal was on top of things making purchases simple! My equipments even arrived sooner than expected! Thank you Mila!

GBThe right people make everything better… I recently chose Chef’s Deal as the supplier for a professional waffle maker purchase and I am glad I did. Through a mistake I made, I received a waffle maker I did not want, but the customer service staff at Chef’s Deal were very helpful in both arranging the return and helping get the maker I really wanted ordered. I recently received and tried out the new waffle maker and I could not be happier with the purchase or Chef’s Deal’s very helpful service.

GBBummed out with the service! Please save yourself money and don't use this company! I waited and waited to try to get my situation rectified before writing this review, but they did not. I'm out almost $1k and have a piece of equipment I can't use, based on the recommendation of their team. I'm very disappointed and want to save you from the same situation.
