Bummed out with the service! Please save yourself money and don't use this company! I waited and waited to try to get my situation rectified before writing this review, but they did not. I'm out almost $1k and have a piece of equipment I can't use, based on the recommendation of their team. I'm very disappointed and want to save you from the same situation.

It has been challenging to make… It has been challenging to make purchases in this state of supply shortage & inflation. Out of two dozen venders I had to make purchases from, Mila from Chef’s deal was on top of things making purchases simple! My equipments even arrived sooner than expected! Thank you Mila!

Zoey Is Great! Zoey has been excellent to work with throughout this whole process. I have written and received two school grants for a commercial convection oven and for a walk-in freezer. Zoey gave me updates throughout the process of ordering and was excellent to work with.

Top Notch Customer Service … We had an issue with a sink that originated in manufacturing and Lee Hazer was exceptional in getting this issue resolved for us quickly! We highly recommend Chef’s Deal as they truly care about their customers! We will continue to purchase our equipment from them based on our first experience! If I could give her 10 stars I would!!
