walk in cooler purchase My sales agent helped me choose which unit was best for my needs. When it was delivered there was one issue of damage that wasn't noticed until after the driver left. I took pictures of the damaged panel and sent them to have them review and send me a replacement panel. I received the replacement within a reasonable time frame.

5 Star Service! I don't usually write a review because I normally don't get outstanding service, but Turk Denktas went above and beyond to help me and I got outstanding customer service with him. During the order processEpic Experience!!! During the order process, Mila answered all of my questions and even asked me some questions to make sure I was purchasing the correct piece of equipment for my needs. Bad Customer Service I have been asking for an ETA for the last 5 days. I still haven't gotten a definite response. It's important for me to know when I can expect the unit that I purchased for my health inspection. I am very close to canceling the order. I don't think is unreasonable to get an e-mail response.
