Phenomenal Customer Service- Highly Recommend Phenomenal experience with Zoey at Chef's Deal. We just received our 10' hood and it looks great. Our company was dealing with this project for many months which required a lot of questions and back and forth - Zoey did not miss a beat. She provided product data on the various hoods we were looking into, updated quotes as necessary, and periodically checked in on our project needs. She was very informative and quick to respond with any inquiry I had no matter how big or small. They worked with us to figure out what worked best for our project and gave us guidance on some requirements that were necessary to meet code. 10/10 customer service.

Purchase of a large walk-in freezer… We purchased a large indoor walk-in freezer and the whole team was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable about their product. I took pictures of the damaged panel and sent them to have them review and send me a replacement panel. I received the replacement within a reasonable time frame.
