GBPhenomenal Customer Service- Highly Recommend Phenomenal experience with Zoey at Chef's Deal. We just received our 10' hood and it looks great. Our company was dealing with this project for many months which required a lot of questions and back and forth - Zoey did not miss a beat. She provided product data on the various hoods we were looking into, updated quotes as necessary, and periodically checked in on our project needs. She was very informative and quick to respond with any inquiry I had no matter how big or small. They worked with us to figure out what worked best for our project and gave us guidance on some requirements that were necessary to meet code. 10/10 customer service.

GBI highly recommend using Chef’s Deal… I highly recommend using Chef’s Deal for your restaurant equipment needs. They are prompt in the order and delivery process and the customer service is outstanding. I had an issue (not the company’s fault) and Lee H. in customer service replied to me IMMEDIATELY and kept following up until the issue was resolved. I’m so used to having to repeatedly reach out to companies in order to try to get any kind of an answer, and this difference in customer service was such a huge relief.

GBPurchase of a large walk-in freezer… We purchased a large indoor walk-in freezer and the whole team was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable about their product. They were quite quick to respond and efficient in facilitating our purchase. We would buy from them again if another need arises in the future.

CAPurchased two commercial microwaves We purchased two commercial microwaves. One of the two microwaves button pads stopped operating after about a month. We called Anama who sent a local technician to repair the unit with new parts. The manufacture covered the labour and parts. We paid for the shipping.

GBBought a Migali freezer from Chefs… Bought a Migali freezer from Chefs Deal, we are extremely pleased with this item. Had problems with the shipping company, so I called Operations Manager Heidi Masser. It was so nice to know that someone "Had My Back". She absolutely made bad experience tolerable.
