GBI highly recommend using Chef’s Deal… I highly recommend using Chef’s Deal for your restaurant equipment needs. They are prompt in the order and delivery process and the customer service is outstanding. I had an issue (not the company’s fault) and Lee H. in customer service replied to me IMMEDIATELY and kept following up until the issue was resolved. I’m so used to having to repeatedly reach out to companies in order to try to get any kind of an answer, and this difference in customer service was such a huge relief.

Had problems with the shipping company, so I called Operations Manager Heidi Masser. It was so nice to know that someone "Had My Back". She absolutely made bad experience tolerable. GBBad Customer Service I have been asking for an ETA for the last 5 days. I still haven't gotten a definite response. It's important for me to know when I can expect the unit that I purchased for my health inspection. I am very close to canceling the order. I don't think is unreasonable to get an e-mail response.
