CAPurchased two commercial microwaves We purchased two commercial microwaves. One of the two microwaves button pads stopped operating after about a month. We called Anama who sent a local technician to repair the unit with new parts. The manufacture covered the labour and parts. We paid for the shipping.

Our company was dealing with this project for many months which required a lot of questions and back and forth - Zoey did not miss a beat. She provided product data on the various hoods we were looking into, updated quotes as necessary, and periodically checked in on our project needs. She was very informative and quick to respond with any inquiry I had no matter how big or small.
