GBI highly recommend using Chef’s Deal… I highly recommend using Chef’s Deal for your restaurant equipment needs. They are prompt in the order and delivery process and the customer service is outstanding. I had an issue (not the company’s fault) and Lee H. in customer service replied to me IMMEDIATELY and kept following up until the issue was resolved. I’m so used to having to repeatedly reach out to companies in order to try to get any kind of an answer, and this difference in customer service was such a huge relief.

GBTop Notch Customer Service … We had an issue with a sink that originated in manufacturing and Lee Hazer was exceptional in getting this issue resolved for us quickly! GBPurchase of a large walk-in freezer… We purchased a large indoor walk-in freezer and the whole team was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable about their product. They were quite quick to respond and efficient in facilitating our purchase. We would buy from them again if another need arises in the future.
