Zoey Is Great! Zoey has been excellent to work with throughout this whole process. I have written and received two school grants for a commercial convection oven and for a walk-in freezer. Zoey gave me updates throughout the process of ordering and was excellent to work with.

Bad Customer Service I have been asking for an ETA for the last 5 days. I still haven't gotten a definite response. It's important for me to know when I can expect the unit that I purchased for my health inspection. I am very close to canceling the order. I don't think is unreasonable to get an e-mail response.

Our company was dealing with this project for many months which required a lot of questions and back and forth - Zoey did not miss a beat. She provided product data on the various hoods we were looking into, updated quotes as necessary, and periodically checked in on our project needs. She was very informative and quick to respond with any inquiry I had no matter how big or small. They worked with us to figure out what worked best for our project and gave us guidance on some requirements that were necessary to meet code. 10/10 customer service.
