Purchased two commercial microwaves We purchased two commercial microwaves. One of the two microwaves button pads stopped operating after about a month. We called Anama who sent a local technician to repair the unit with new parts. The manufacture covered the labour and parts. We paid for the shipping.

walk in cooler purchase My sales agent helped me choose which unit was best for my needs. When it was delivered there was one issue of damage that wasn't noticed until after the driver left. I took pictures of the damaged panel and sent them to have them review and send me a replacement panel. I received the replacement within a reasonable time frame.
