Had problems with the shipping company, so I called Operations Manager Heidi Masser. It was so nice to know that someone "Had My Back". She absolutely made bad experience tolerable. But what I love most about Chef's Deal is the beyond EXCELLENT customer service. An issue that most vendors might consider trivial becomes a top priority for their amazing customer service team! Bummed out with the service! Please save yourself money and don't use this company! I waited and waited to try to get my situation rectified before writing this review, but they did not. I'm out almost $1k and have a piece of equipment I can't use, based on the recommendation of their team. I'm very disappointed and want to save you from the same situation.

Purchased two commercial microwaves We purchased two commercial microwaves. One of the two microwaves button pads stopped operating after about a month. We called Anama who sent a local technician to repair the unit with new parts. The manufacture covered the labour and parts. We paid for the shipping.
