Zoey Is Great! Zoey has been excellent to work with throughout this whole process. I have written and received two school grants for a commercial convection oven and for a walk-in freezer. Zoey gave me updates throughout the process of ordering and was excellent to work with.

Bad Customer Service I have been asking for an ETA for the last 5 days. I still haven't gotten a definite response. It's important for me to know when I can expect the unit that I purchased for my health inspection. I am very close to canceling the order. I don't think is unreasonable to get an e-mail response.
