5 Star Service! I don't usually write a review because I normally don't get outstanding service, but Turk Denktas went above and beyond to help me and I got outstanding customer service with him. He was super fast, he was very personable, he listened carefully to what I needed, and helped me from start to finish in a way that I felt extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. Turk is definitely your guy when it comes to sales! Bummed out with the service! Please save yourself money and don't use this company! I waited and waited to try to get my situation rectified before writing this review, but they did not. I'm out almost $1k and have a piece of equipment I can't use, based on the recommendation of their team. I'm very disappointed and want to save you from the same situation.

Phenomenal Customer Service- Highly Recommend Phenomenal experience with Zoey at Chef's Deal. We just received our 10' hood and it looks great. Our company was dealing with this project for many months which required a lot of questions and back and forth - Zoey did not miss a beat. She provided product data on the various hoods we were looking into, updated quotes as necessary, and periodically checked in on our project needs. She was very informative and quick to respond with any inquiry I had no matter how big or small. They worked with us to figure out what worked best for our project and gave us guidance on some requirements that were necessary to meet code. 10/10 customer service.

It has been challenging to make… It has been challenging to make purchases in this state of supply shortage & inflation. Out of two dozen venders I had to make purchases from, Mila from Chef’s deal was on top of things making purchases simple! My equipments even arrived sooner than expected! Thank you Mila!

During the order process, Mila answered all of my questions and even asked me some questions to make sure I was purchasing the correct piece of equipment for my needs. She followed up with me multiple times after my order to update me on the shipping status and delivery date. I will be ordering from Chef's Deal again!
