The right people make everything better… I recently chose Chef’s Deal as the supplier for a professional waffle maker purchase and I am glad I did. Through a mistake I made, I received a waffle maker I did not want, but the customer service staff at Chef’s Deal were very helpful in both arranging the return and helping get the maker I really wanted ordered. I recently received and tried out the new waffle maker and I could not be happier with the purchase or Chef’s Deal’s very helpful service.

They are prompt in the order and delivery process and the customer service is outstanding. I had an issue (not the company’s fault) and Lee H. in customer service replied to me IMMEDIATELY and kept following up until the issue was resolved. I’m so used to having to repeatedly reach out to companies in order to try to get any kind of an answer, and this difference in customer service was such a huge relief.

Zoey Is Great! Zoey has been excellent to work with throughout this whole process. I have written and received two school grants for a commercial convection oven and for a walk-in freezer. Zoey gave me updates throughout the process of ordering and was excellent to work with.

During the order process, Mila answered all of my questions and even asked me some questions to make sure I was purchasing the correct piece of equipment for my needs. She followed up with me multiple times after my order to update me on the shipping status and delivery date. I will be ordering from Chef's Deal again!

Bummed out with the service! Please save yourself money and don't use this company! I waited and waited to try to get my situation rectified before writing this review, but they did not. I'm out almost $1k and have a piece of equipment I can't use, based on the recommendation of their team. I'm very disappointed and want to save you from the same situation.
