He was super fast, he was very personable, he listened carefully to what I needed, and helped me from start to finish in a way that I felt extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. Phenomenal Customer Service- Highly Recommend Phenomenal experience with Zoey at Chef's Deal. We just received our 10' hood and it looks great. Our company was dealing with this project for many months which required a lot of questions and back and forth - Zoey did not miss a beat. She provided product data on the various hoods we were looking into, updated quotes as necessary, and periodically checked in on our project needs. She was very informative and quick to respond with any inquiry I had no matter how big or small. They worked with us to figure out what worked best for our project and gave us guidance on some requirements that were necessary to meet code. 10/10 customer service.
