They were quite quick to respond and efficient in facilitating our purchase. We would buy from them again if another need arises in the future.

GBI highly recommend using Chef’s Deal… I highly recommend using Chef’s Deal for your restaurant equipment needs. They are prompt in the order and delivery process and the customer service is outstanding. I had an issue (not the company’s fault) and Lee H. in customer service replied to me IMMEDIATELY and kept following up until the issue was resolved. I’m so used to having to repeatedly reach out to companies in order to try to get any kind of an answer, and this difference in customer service was such a huge relief.
