I took pictures of the damaged panel and sent them to have them review and send me a replacement panel. I received the replacement within a reasonable time frame.

They are prompt in the order and delivery process and the customer service is outstanding. I had an issue (not the company’s fault) and Lee H. in customer service replied to me IMMEDIATELY and kept following up until the issue was resolved. I’m so used to having to repeatedly reach out to companies in order to try to get any kind of an answer, and this difference in customer service was such a huge relief.
