I’m so used to having to repeatedly reach out to companies in order to try to get any kind of an answer, and this difference in customer service was such a huge relief.

Phenomenal Customer Service- Highly Recommend Phenomenal experience with Zoey at Chef's Deal. We just received our 10' hood and it looks great. Our company was dealing with this project for many months which required a lot of questions and back and forth - Zoey did not miss a beat. She provided product data on the various hoods we were looking into, updated quotes as necessary, and periodically checked in on our project needs. She was very informative and quick to respond with any inquiry I had no matter how big or small.
