GBBummed out with the service! Please save yourself money and don't use this company! I waited and waited to try to get my situation rectified before writing this review, but they did not. I'm out almost $1k and have a piece of equipment I can't use, based on the recommendation of their team. I'm very disappointed and want to save you from the same situation.

Had problems with the shipping company, so I called Operations Manager Heidi Masser. It was so nice to know that someone "Had My Back". She absolutely made bad experience tolerable.
