CAPurchased two commercial microwaves We purchased two commercial microwaves. One of the two microwaves button pads stopped operating after about a month. We called Anama who sent a local technician to repair the unit with new parts. The manufacture covered the labour and parts. We paid for the shipping.

It's important for me to know when I can expect the unit that I purchased for my health inspection. I am very close to canceling the order. I don't think is unreasonable to get an e-mail response.
