5 Star Service! I don't usually write a review because I normally don't get outstanding service, but Turk Denktas went above and beyond to help me and I got outstanding customer service with him. He was super fast, he was very personable, he listened carefully to what I needed, and helped me from start to finish in a way that I felt extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. Bummed out with the service! Please save yourself money and don't use this company! I waited and waited to try to get my situation rectified before writing this review, but they did not. I'm out almost $1k and have a piece of equipment I can't use, based on the recommendation of their team. I'm very disappointed and want to save you from the same situation.

walk in cooler purchase My sales agent helped me choose which unit was best for my needs. When it was delivered there was one issue of damage that wasn't noticed until after the driver left. I took pictures of the damaged panel and sent them to have them review and send me a replacement panel. I received the replacement within a reasonable time frame.

Best price, best customer service After lots of research, Chef's Deal had the best deal. Plus our customer service rep saw us through until we received the product on site. Will happily use them in the future as well tell others about them.

During the order process, Mila answered all of my questions and even asked me some questions to make sure I was purchasing the correct piece of equipment for my needs. She followed up with me multiple times after my order to update me on the shipping status and delivery date. I will be ordering from Chef's Deal again!
