She provided product data on the various hoods we were looking into, updated quotes as necessary, and periodically checked in on our project needs. She was very informative and quick to respond with any inquiry I had no matter how big or small. Purchase of a large walk-in freezer… We purchased a large indoor walk-in freezer and the whole team was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable about their product.
