GBThe right people make everything better… I recently chose Chef’s Deal as the supplier for a professional waffle maker purchase and I am glad I did. Through a mistake I made, I received a waffle maker I did not want, but the customer service staff at Chef’s Deal were very helpful in both arranging the return and helping get the maker I really wanted ordered. I recently received and tried out the new waffle maker and I could not be happier with the purchase or Chef’s Deal’s very helpful service.

He was super fast, he was very personable, he listened carefully to what I needed, and helped me from start to finish in a way that I felt extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. GBBad Customer Service I have been asking for an ETA for the last 5 days. I still haven't gotten a definite response. It's important for me to know when I can expect the unit that I purchased for my health inspection. I am very close to canceling the order. I don't think is unreasonable to get an e-mail response.
