During the order processEpic Experience!!! During the order process, Mila answered all of my questions and even asked me some questions to make sure I was purchasing the correct piece of equipment for my needs. She followed up with me multiple times after my order to update me on the shipping status and delivery date. I will be ordering from Chef's Deal again!

Top Notch Customer Service … We had an issue with a sink that originated in manufacturing and Lee Hazer was exceptional in getting this issue resolved for us quickly! We highly recommend Chef’s Deal as they truly care about their customers! We will continue to purchase our equipment from them based on our first experience! If I could give her 10 stars I would!!

Great Vendors to Work With I used their services recently and they did not disappoint. They go above and beyond. The support staff is outstanding. Bad Customer Service I have been asking for an ETA for the last 5 days. I still haven't gotten a definite response. It's important for me to know when I can expect the unit that I purchased for my health inspection. I am very close to canceling the order. I don't think is unreasonable to get an e-mail response.
