The right people make everything better… I recently chose Chef’s Deal as the supplier for a professional waffle maker purchase and I am glad I did. Through a mistake I made, I received a waffle maker I did not want, but the customer service staff at Chef’s Deal were very helpful in both arranging the return and helping get the maker I really wanted ordered. I recently received and tried out the new waffle maker and I could not be happier with the purchase or Chef’s Deal’s very helpful service.

Top Notch Customer Service … We had an issue with a sink that originated in manufacturing and Lee Hazer was exceptional in getting this issue resolved for us quickly! I had an issue (not the company’s fault) and Lee H. in customer service replied to me IMMEDIATELY and kept following up until the issue was resolved. I’m so used to having to repeatedly reach out to companies in order to try to get any kind of an answer, and this difference in customer service was such a huge relief.

Purchase of a large walk-in freezer… We purchased a large indoor walk-in freezer and the whole team was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable about their product. They were quite quick to respond and efficient in facilitating our purchase. We would buy from them again if another need arises in the future.
