GBNone existing customer service I ordered springtails. Found them locally instead I have been trying to cancel the order for 2 weeks now. Near to impossible it seems.

GBBig nope Took a week to ship it, once it came, i got my substrate, but i was missing the charcoal I also ordered. But most of all, the 250ct springtails I ordered were barely even 25ct. Super disappointed.

GBWrong order sent, correct order never received Order still not received. I placed my order October 6, 2023. I was shipped the wrong order and contacted WCC immediately upon receipt on October 23rd. October 26th I was told my order would be reshipped ASAP, I received a partial refund, and was told to keep what I had received even though it was far from what i had ordered. I emailed them for an update November 20th, Daniel replied on November 21st saying my order was over looked and he would get it sent out ASAP. I then emailed WCC, again, for an update on December 10th, 2023 and I have not gotten a reply. I followed up my Dec. 10th email today, Dec. 14. No reply yet. Tracking shows a label created on November 28th, 2023 but package has not been received by USPS, yet. I am very disappointed in this company especially when my order from September was perfect. I am hoping this was just a mistake on their part, an unexpected debacle, but if I don't hear from WCC soon, I will be contacting my bank to get my money back.
