None existing customer service I ordered springtails. Found them locally instead I have been trying to cancel the order for 2 weeks now. Near to impossible it seems.

Scam or Dead Website? Ordered from them, no tracking number no confirmation, and a month later still no inverts. These either abandoned this business or are just not fulfilling orders anymore.
