Several Purchases Through The Years I have purchased several William Henry products through the years. I have not been disappointed with the quality in of each product.

Knife like new again I sent my pen knife in for screw replacement, disassembly and cleaning. They did a great job, even got a stain off of the blade. They also replaced the leather thong. I ordered a new leather case and now the knife is just like new. $25 postpaid - I'm very grateful.

I purchased a dinosaur bone bracelet I purchased a dinosaur bone bracelet. I was really careful about measuring my wrist to make sure I ordered the correct size. I ended up ordering the "Large" size, my wrist measures 7.25 inches. My wrist size happened to be right on the edge of both Medium and Large. I recommend that you go with the Medium in that case, because I ended up sending mine back to be resized. The returns department is super-efficient, and I received my bracelet back quickly. Also, I would like to note that when you initially purchase your item, it is shipped really fast. You get it within a few days.

No Response when trying to reach them through their website I purchased a bracelet that I needed exchanged for a larger size and they WILL NOT respond to a request sent through their website even though that is the only way to contact them. So much for satisfaction guaranteed!! Bottom line, you better order the correct size the first time because you will be stuck with a VERY expensive bracelet!
