GBKnife like new again I sent my pen knife in for screw replacement, disassembly and cleaning. They did a great job, even got a stain off of the blade. They also replaced the leather thong. I ordered a new leather case and now the knife is just like new. $25 postpaid - I'm very grateful.

GBNo Response when trying to reach them through their website I purchased a bracelet that I needed exchanged for a larger size and they WILL NOT respond to a request sent through their website even though that is the only way to contact them. So much for satisfaction guaranteed!! Bottom line, you better order the correct size the first time because you will be stuck with a VERY expensive bracelet!
