When it arrived I gave it immediately as I couldn’t wait for Christmas just a few days away. The receiver noticed a small defect; O no, on such an expensive gift? I called and got Bill in customer service. He personally went to the warehouse, picked a replacement and shipped it without receiving the original piece first! Yes, WH pieces are beautiful, and they don’t come cheap, but Bill has made me a customer for life. In today’s world, customer service is king…and rare! You can buy from WH knowing that you will receive the same care and attention to detail that their beautiful items receive!

My husband wanted a well made - US made pocket knife that would last generations and he read multiple forums on the craft of knife forging. That’s how he found William Henry. The items on the website are masterpieces. I got a small pocket knife, couldn’t afford to spend a lot but I’m happy they have multiple price points. Definitely won’t be the only purchase. The knife is exquisite and well made. My husband loves it. Will be ordering again.

I ordered a cobalt wooly mammoth fossilized tooth . I ordered a cobalt wooly mammoth fossilized tooth money clip for which the picture showed a brilliant cobalt blue pattern. What I received was a striped black and gray pattern without any cobalt blue. When I brought this issue up with William Henry, they quickly sent pictures of three available ( limited edition of 250 ) money clips showing the cobalt blue color. I selected one which was similar to the original advertised piece and when I received it, was very relieved that it was the piece that they represented in picture form.
