GBExcellent customer service Excellent customer service. I thought I had wrong order. Felt so bad of how I acted towards gentleman on phone. He was very polite, offered to give me extra 10% off order. Felt so bad and was so impressed with the service I ended up buying something double the price of original order. Would def order again.

GBI never received this product There was some confusion about what was ordered, but as soon as they found out they immediately shipped the right one with a return label for the wrong one. It was so easy and I love my new crossbody

GBNot speaking to anyone is useless for… Not speaking to anyone is useless for me, this system is prefect. Ordered wrong sz made contact & the situation was handled better than going to a department store. 10 stars if it was available
