GBLens Coatings are considered Prescription Website states that prescription glasses must be canceled within 3 hours of purchase. There is no policy stated for non-prescription cancellations; however, the customer service rep, who loudly talked over me, stated that it is clearly stated on the website that applying coating to lens is the equivalent of a rx order and cannot be canceled. So, unless you buy frames with clear plastic lenses with no rx and no coating (which have no purpose), in truth, NONE of the glasses can be canceled after 3 hours.

GBQuick and easy checkout Great experience and very quick once I finally decided on a pair. Would love for a virtual try on feature - it really helps because I was going between sites.

GBSo easy and such a huge savings! So easy to order my son's glasses and get them at a fraction of the cost like less than half what they would have cost without insurance at the eye doctor. Thanks!

GBEasy to filter through their website Easy to filter through their website. Phenomenal selections, we'll see about the rest when I receive the glasses ordered. But without using insurance, I paid less than the same pair of glasses that I love, style etc same than at my eye doctor 2years who work insurance.
