GBLens Coatings are considered Prescription Website states that prescription glasses must be canceled within 3 hours of purchase. There is no policy stated for non-prescription cancellations; however, the customer service rep, who loudly talked over me, stated that it is clearly stated on the website that applying coating to lens is the equivalent of a rx order and cannot be canceled. So, unless you buy frames with clear plastic lenses with no rx and no coating (which have no purpose), in truth, NONE of the glasses can be canceled after 3 hours.

GBIncredible customer service The customer service was incredible. They worked with me until we found the clip-on that would work for my 12+ year old Silhouette glasses. Awesome.

GBThank you! Thank you!! I broke my glasses. I did not take out insurance and they wanted to charge me full price for the frames. I looked on your website and found the same pair of glasses much less than what I originally paid for the frames.
