Thanks for the overnight delivery Delivery of scarf was late for a couple of days but upon receiving my call and hearing my explanation about the need of quick delivery for my wife's birthday, they sent it through overnight express mail and my wife and I were happy to receive it on her birthday. Many thanks to their effort to satisfy our need.

Expediting shipping does not get expedited handling. When a customer pays for expedited shipping, you would think that would mean expedited handling as well. Not the case. Ordered on the 5th, paid for 2 day delivery, got on the 10th which was a Saturday. Thank God I used USPS who delivers on Saturday or the birthday present would have been late. Product itself is fabulous and the price was right.

My heartfelt review My heartfelt review I am happy to own the Longchamp scarf. It is so HARD a decision to make between this one and the Paris Promenade one. I am attracted by the maroon red Paris Promenade one first,then the royal blue one. I have decided to take the balloon bicycle one eventually. I consider that last but not least.
