I emailed them about the situation, and got a response right away. Jorden started the process for shipping for what I really wanted. Excellent customer service goes a long way. I highly recommend Como Milano to everyone who wants quality scarves at reasonable price. I'll definitely return to Como Milano for future scarf shopping.

Personalized service I've ordered gift scarves from Comomilano a few times. They have given me personalized service so that a gift card and the scarf company's box was included with the gifts. I was kept apprised of when the gifts were due to be delivered and were actually delivered. In every case, the recipient was delighted with their scarf. The breadth of their scarf offerings means that I always find a scarf I think my friend would like (and have added several scarves to my own wardrobe).

I still have not received the scarf… I still have not received the scarf that is to be a gift. On same day I ordered from Como Milano, I ordered a gift from NEIMAN Marcus and it arrived in just three days. I am still waiting for my order from Como Milano. Very disappointed. Joanna Maccario

The scarves are true to the likeness of… The scarves are true to the likeness of the photos. Beautiful colours and designs, it truly was difficult to decide which ones I wanted most. I did hand wash one, and steamed it gently and it still looked brand new. If I look after them properly I will be able to pass them down generations like my grandmother’s before me did with theirs.
