I emailed them about the situation, and got a response right away. Jorden started the process for shipping for what I really wanted. Excellent customer service goes a long way. Personalized service I've ordered gift scarves from Comomilano a few times. They have given me personalized service so that a gift card and the scarf company's box was included with the gifts. I was kept apprised of when the gifts were due to be delivered and were actually delivered. In every case, the recipient was delighted with their scarf. The breadth of their scarf offerings means that I always find a scarf I think my friend would like (and have added several scarves to my own wardrobe).
