Thrilled New Yorker The Agnona scarf I recently purchased is absolutely gorgeous - 100% cashmere. It is both incredibly soft and super warm. After some initial confusion with regard to my order, the team worked very hard to make sure I had exactly what I wanted. I could not be more pleased. My heartfelt review My heartfelt review I am happy to own the Longchamp scarf. It is so HARD a decision to make between this one and the Paris Promenade one. I am attracted by the maroon red Paris Promenade one first,then the royal blue one. I have decided to take the balloon bicycle one eventually. I consider that last but not least. Afterall,one buys what is of interest to oneself. As far as I can remember,this is my second order from you. The first one was for my Mom who had since passed away. I am expressing my thanks to you for the assistance and look forward to hearing from you.

Good comms but problem still exits.... I got immediate reply from someone and the comm itself was great. The only reason I dropt one star is because the problem I was communicating--wasn't settled. I asked for the original box and I did get a YES answer. However, the scarf arrived without any box.S So.... Not really sure whether I am going to wait for more days ?

I still have not received the scarf… I still have not received the scarf that is to be a gift. On same day I ordered from Como Milano, I ordered a gift from NEIMAN Marcus and it arrived in just three days. I am still waiting for my order from Como Milano. Very disappointed. Joanna Maccario
