I ordered 3 scarves prematurely I ordered 3 scarves prematurely, and knew that I have to return one of them right away as soon as they were shipped. I wanted a different one instead. I emailed them about the situation, and got a response right away. Jorden started the process for shipping for what I really wanted. Excellent customer service goes a long way. I highly recommend Como Milano to everyone who wants quality scarves at reasonable price. I'll definitely return to Como Milano for future scarf shopping.

I still have not received the scarf… I still have not received the scarf that is to be a gift. On same day I ordered from Como Milano, I ordered a gift from NEIMAN Marcus and it arrived in just three days. I am still waiting for my order from Como Milano. Very disappointed. Joanna Maccario
