Bikini arrived squashed in a small … Bikini arrived squashed in a small envelope wrapped in black tissue …. Not a good start … bikini was of average quality …. Bikini bottoms too high …. Didn’t do me any favours … so bikini has been returned .

I have always been a huge fan of Paper… I have always been a huge fan of Paper London swimwear and dresses, the fit and quality is amazing. I recently got the Emilia blazer, Matilda Trousers and Victoria waistcoat, such a great addition to my wardrobe there are so many ways to wear it and the quality is just incredible.

Superior customer service I fell in love with a swimsuit and ordered a range of different sizes to try, the order arrived quickly in the U.S. and the packaging was so cute. When it came time to return the items that did not fit, the Customer Service team, specifically Helen was remarkable to work with. She placed no judgement on me and made the process incredibly easy to complete. Helen communicated in a timely manner and genuinely showed an interest in ensuring I was happy with my purchase. She went above and beyond, creating a positive experience for me with the brand, an experience I've never had be this positive with any other brand. Helen, thank you for treating me with respect. Terrible customer service I bought 2 swimsuits on March 31st, I have emailed their customer service twice & messaged them on their website to get an update on my order & have received no reply at all. I’m heading off on holiday next week & unlikely to have them at this stage. I understand that delays can happen but not getting any replies is beyond disappointing. Will never buy from them again

Paper has converted my shopping hate! Paper London clothes have changed my views on shopping forever. The patterns are so fresh, stand out and gorgeous and the styles so unique, feminine and floaty heaven. It all just exudes happy and playful- we all need more of that and my wardrobe is full of it! Can’t get enough of Paper clothes.
