GBAmazing customer care team Customer care was super helpful working on an size exchange for me on a out of stock item. Kept me up to date, very proactive and so nice. I was a little worried ordering from a company based outside of the US but they made it easy.

GBOrder nearly 2 months late I ordered a bikini from them in May, which was advertised to be delivered in early June. The bikini has still not arrived even though we are most of the way through summer. They have advertised that the bikini is back in stock (~3 weeks ago) and are coordinating influencer content to drive new revenue when customers have yet to receive their orders. For a brand led business, this is disappointing behavior. They should be focusing on delivering orders for the payments they have already taken rather than driving new orders when they clearly can’t fulfill the promises made…
