Fabulous customer service Fabulous customer service! Had to exchange an item due to size, and then a back order. Along every step of the way, the customer representative, (Helen?), kept me informed about the status of my order. I felt certain she would do everything in her power to make sure the order was correct. Also, I give 5 stars to the quality of the products we’ve ordered. I absolutely love my new Maxi Laura dress! I absolutely love my new Maxi Laura dress in Sundae Sun. The quality is amazing and I have already had so many compliments whilst wearing it over the Easter weekend! The perfect colours for spring and summer in the most gorgeous style. Obsessed with my Suit! Absolutely adore my new Paper London suit! The quality of the fabric is just amazing, so soft and hangs beautifully! I have never had so many compliments on an outfit when I wore it! The customer service was super responsive and helpful in aiding me to find my correct size and the shipping was super speedy and came next day! Will definitely be growing my wardrobe with more Paper pieces.
