I always get compliments when I wear Paper! Paper is run by real people who are there at the end of an email to help you with any issues. I also just love the brand, its sustainable credentials and unmatched style - I always get compliments when I wear Paper!

Order nearly 2 months late I ordered a bikini from them in May, which was advertised to be delivered in early June. The bikini has still not arrived even though we are most of the way through summer. They have advertised that the bikini is back in stock (~3 weeks ago) and are coordinating influencer content to drive new revenue when customers have yet to receive their orders. For a brand led business, this is disappointing behavior. They should be focusing on delivering orders for the payments they have already taken rather than driving new orders when they clearly can’t fulfill the promises made…

Fabulous customer service Fabulous customer service! Had to exchange an item due to size, and then a back order. Along every step of the way, the customer representative, (Helen?), kept me informed about the status of my order. I felt certain she would do everything in her power to make sure the order was correct. Also, I give 5 stars to the quality of the products we’ve ordered. Many thanks to Paper London for being an outstanding company.

Terrible customer service I bought 2 swimsuits on March 31st, I have emailed their customer service twice & messaged them on their website to get an update on my order & have received no reply at all. I’m heading off on holiday next week & unlikely to have them at this stage. I understand that delays can happen but not getting any replies is beyond disappointing. Will never buy from them again

I absolutely love my new Maxi Laura dress! I absolutely love my new Maxi Laura dress in Sundae Sun. The quality is amazing and I have already had so many compliments whilst wearing it over the Easter weekend! The perfect colours for spring and summer in the most gorgeous style.
