Love shopping here I have made two purchases from Sign of the Times. Their descriptions of the products are really detailed and accurate. Customer service is great. The ONLY reason they don’t get five stars is the cost of shipping is high. When you are spending hundreds and more I would expect free postage.

Fantastic first ever purchase with Sign I purchased my first ever bag with Sign of the Times (who have a lovely store in Sloane Square as well), and the bag was delivered on time (as I paid additional for express shipping) & great quality for the price I paid for a vintage Chanel. I’ve been more truly impressed with the after sales support that I’ve received from Alba - in dealing with all my queries about the bag and looking after it. I would highly recommend :) X

Sign of the Times a hidden gem Sign of the Times is an absolute hidden gem for finding different and wonderful clothes, shoes, accessories etc. It suits all tastes. I have been going there for years pre Covid, on line during Covid, and a bit of both post Covid. They are a delight to deal with, particularly, Leah, who all go beyond and above to be helpful. A speedy post service, as well as an extremely efficient refund policy, I could not praise them highly enough - but I also want to keep Sign of the Times a hidden gem!

Hold onto sellers' money and don't respond to emails, WhatsApp or phonecalls Despite phonecalls (straight to voicemail), emails and WhatsApp messages, I have still not be paid for my Chanel dress SOTT sold, nor have I received any response from them. Response times are wonderful at the beginning of the process as they try to win your luxury item but thereafter, silence. My initial complaint was finally read but not my query was not checked so their response was inaccurate. Since then my WhatsApp messages sit delivered but unread, my phone messages and emails ignored. And still they hold onto my cash, gaining interest on my money. Perhaps a public complaint might make them rethink their treatment of sellers. It has certainly made me rethink who I shall sell through in future.

Absolutely amazing… I brought my first handbag from sign of the times this month and I can’t recommend this company more highly. The handbag was in far better condition than I originally thought and cleaned up just like new. The delivery was super quick and the the communication is so friendly. I’m so pleased to have discovered this company and can’t wait to make another purchase soon 😊
