Great Customer Service team but stingy return window The Customer Service team were great at answering a query I had on a gift card prior to purchase. The one less star is due to the cost of shipping for a regular (i.e. slower) service and how the buyer needs to cover the cost of return shipping. The timeframe for returns is not within the UK Law (i.e. much shorter than the law dictates).

Burberry, Skiim Paris, Alexander McQueen & Victoria Beckham are just a few of the designer clothing brands I’ve purchased at 60 to 80% off retail prices. All of the items were in pristine condition. Some were even brand new with the tags still attached.

A great consignment shop A great consignment shop, wonderful staff and their stock is second to none new delights arrive daily they are always authentic and pricing is very fair. Shocking returns process. Still awaiting a refund 5 weeks later. Their products are excellent until you need to return in accordance with their T&Cs. I am still waiting a refund 4 5 weeks on from a tracked return. My bank has had to intervene with the company. This undermines consumer confidence in what should be a high class operation. Particularly irritating when you can see the dress you returned for sale again with them….I will no longer purchase from SOTT which is really sad as I think they have some excellent stock.

Sign of the Times a hidden gem Sign of the Times is an absolute hidden gem for finding different and wonderful clothes, shoes, accessories etc. It suits all tastes. I have been going there for years pre Covid, on line during Covid, and a bit of both post Covid. They are a delight to deal with, particularly, Leah, who all go beyond and above to be helpful. A speedy post service, as well as an extremely efficient refund policy, I could not praise them highly enough - but I also want to keep Sign of the Times a hidden gem!
