Excellent Customer Service Ordered a ring but the size was bigger than expected. The process of return and re-ordering a new ring with the correct size was easy and the staff helped a lot in getting this done quickly.

Do not purchase from them Do not purchase from them, instead order from Zudo. I ordered my custom made jewelry in November 2023, not sure if they made a mistake with my Address, but my package was returned back to Nominal, after back and forth e-mails they pretended it was being investigated and will get back to me once the fulfillment team contacts them they will reach out to me. It is now March and still have not received my package or got any other update.
