However, when I reached out to the customer support chat on their website, they responded within a minute and offered to send the same order again for free, which is very generous of them. Absolutely terrible company Absolutely terrible company. I ordered a gift for my fiance and it has been over 2 weeks and hasn't been delivered. USPS (which they use for delivery) said they couldn't access the house, which is a lie. I will never order from Nominal again. Stay away from this terrible company. And USPS is the worst delivery company in America. They're also the cheapest which is why Nominal uses them. Please stay away.
