I’ve had minor issues with a couple of my orders, but it’s always been resolved quickly and professionally, and considering the awesome sales they have I don’t hold it against that a single earring accidentally got left out of my order. Have ordered from them at least 5 times now and will definitely be ordering again.

Nominal said this was fine and that they would contact the courier to return the parcel and arrange a refund. 3 weeks on and I have no product, no refund and no contact. Absolutely disgusting service. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered from here a few times I ordered from here a few times. The jewelry and quality are great! Very pretty. They honor their warranty, as my only experience needing to use it was when one ring I received as a gift arrived scratched and they helped replace it, free of charge. Friendly customer service. One thing I'd like to see improve on their site is for item sizes/options to be more clear in corresponding photos- both in the product shots and the customer review photos. For example: the rope bracelet is available in two sizes- 2mm and 4mm. If someone ordered the 2mm bracelet and included a photo with their review, it would be super helpful if the review could include which option or size product the customer purchased for reference. Sometimes it's hard to tell. Sometimes the customers say which option they bought, but not everyone. Plus, the reviews include photos of the 3mm size, which they don't have available for sale right now, so it's hard to tell if some photos were 3mm or 4 mm. Same goes for the models in the product shots; it would be helpful if the right size/option was indicated in the photo or description of each product. :)
