IEbest customer support ever My order got lost in transit, and it may be my problem since I wasn't super clear with my address. However, when I reached out to the customer support chat on their website, they responded within a minute and offered to send the same order again for free, which is very generous of them. Can't wait to see my necklace and will give another review once I try it.

GBI waited 45 days for two custom name… I waited 45 days for two custom name necklaces. One had a defect and one was never sent at all. I’ve been going around in circles with their customer service team trying to resolve the issue. I feel duped for waiting so long for a product that was not made with any care or consideration. Buyer beware.

GBAppaling customer service. Appaling customer service. Cancelled order as customs charge was £50!!! Nominal said this was fine and that they would contact the courier to return the parcel and arrange a refund. 3 weeks on and I have no product, no refund and no contact. Absolutely disgusting service. Avoid at all costs!

GBAbsolutely terrible company Absolutely terrible company. I ordered a gift for my fiance and it has been over 2 weeks and hasn't been delivered. USPS (which they use for delivery) said they couldn't access the house, which is a lie. I will never order from Nominal again. Stay away from this terrible company. And USPS is the worst delivery company in America. They're also the cheapest which is why Nominal uses them. Please stay away.

NOReview It took almost 3 weeks to get the jewellry. Mostly because I live in another continent. The greatest thing is the quality. It looks good. I also liked the tracking function. It was easy to use.
