I got the email that JT had the Jordan 6 Rings in stock (at a better price than I found other places) and hopped on that immediately. My mistake! I was wrong about this company! They provided quick delivery, great products, and exceptional customer service! I ordered a pair of shoes that they did in fact arrive on time but was found near a neighbors house. It was clearly not the company's fault. Before I discovered the package actually did arrive e-mailed customer service and they replied quickly the next day for I sent my email off hours. They promptly offered an investigation and a refund. I highly recommend this company and apologize greatly for the trouble.

Never a problem if youre not silly. I see a lot of poor reviews featuring items the complainant actually liked. I've been ordering from them for months with only one product compaint (cheap shoe) and I like the deals they give customers. Too many people don't know how to exchange items, my advise to them is to simply chat the store atrendants. If you're not silly, and dont do things like go to work with shoes you dont plan on keeping, you should be fine. Moral of the story is people always remember inconveniences over good experiences.

JT WAS THE BEST R.I.P. Anyone who used JT before 2017 knows they were awesome for the 8 years prior. Tough times and going out of business will certainly tank your level of customer service, which is what happened this year. Thanks for all the swag and deals, JT. You'll be missed.
