Got really nice palladium boots for… Got really nice palladium boots for <$40 and they arrived quickly

Shipped to wrong address Had the wrong shipping address listed and was told I couldn't change it despite my package still not getting shipped for several days from that point. Was told to work with UPS - they weren't helpful. I had to submit a claim and was told that everything went through and that I would be hearing from JackThreads to either refund or resend. It has been several weeks and I've heard nothing. So basically I just paid for merchandise that I will never get or get refunded for.

Bad news for people who hate good news They have great merchandise and amazing prices. I have never received clothing from them that I didn't love and many of their products would be hard to find anywhere else regardless of price. So when you factor in the prices they sell for there is no question it's a great deal. Yea their shipping can take along time but they clearly explain why this is the case and I haven't found their shipping to be any less reliable than other online stores. If you need to get your order right away or before an upcoming event you do run the risk of being dissapointed but if you are willing to wait a month you may as well get twice as much for the same price instead of spending that month tracking down the same stuff for more money.
