Ordering was easy Ordering was easy, but actually receiving my purchase has been very disappointing. I still have not received my purchase and have not received any tracking information. One of the main reasons I use Amazon so frequently is they keep me well informed from purchase through delivery. I did receive an email weeks after my order they discovered my shipment was lost during shipping and were sending another shipment. I’m anxious to see how this one goes. Purchase was for my son’s July 8th birthday, so I am hopeful. .

So problems yet I love their clothes, it shipped in 9 days standard shipping which isn't bad at all. Prices are pretty reasonable when they go on clearance, so I usually just get those. I don't know about their program where you try out clothes for free, but It doesn't really appeal to me since I already know my sizes, and I can't speak for their customer service and didn't come across any issues yet. I still have another order pending for a pair of joggers and two pairs of jeans but so far i'm satisfied.

I got the email that JT had the Jordan 6 Rings in stock (at a better price than I found other places) and hopped on that immediately. Check out, follow-up/shipping progress emails, and actual shipping were all quick and easy. 5 stars from me. I’ll be grabbing some tees soon!
