Customer Service is back!! Jack is BAAAACK! I got an email saying the original founder has taken his company back so I purchased something to get a feel for it. I've ordered from them multiple times and when I broke a back pocket on a pair of corduroy pants and asked to speak to someone operations manager, they never responded. Never a problem if youre not silly. I see a lot of poor reviews featuring items the complainant actually liked. I've been ordering from them for months with only one product compaint (cheap shoe) and I like the deals they give customers. Too many people don't know how to exchange items, my advise to them is to simply chat the store atrendants. If you're not silly, and dont do things like go to work with shoes you dont plan on keeping, you should be fine. Moral of the story is people always remember inconveniences over good experiences.
