GBShipped to wrong address Had the wrong shipping address listed and was told I couldn't change it despite my package still not getting shipped for several days from that point. Was told to work with UPS - they weren't helpful. I had to submit a claim and was told that everything went through and that I would be hearing from JackThreads to either refund or resend. It has been several weeks and I've heard nothing. So basically I just paid for merchandise that I will never get or get refunded for.

GBPurchased new boots to replace the ones… Purchased new boots to replace the ones I got from jackthreads back in 2016. They look and wear great and the price was surprisingly reasonable. Order hadn’t shipped after a week so I spoke with support and found out there was a delay in the items arriving at JT’s warehouse. It was a good experience for the most part. Ordering was easy, glad they’re expanding their offerings. Support was great and quick to answer my questions.

GBNever a problem if youre not silly. I see a lot of poor reviews featuring items the complainant actually liked. I've been ordering from them for months with only one product compaint (cheap shoe) and I like the deals they give customers. Too many people don't know how to exchange items, my advise to them is to simply chat the store atrendants. If you're not silly, and dont do things like go to work with shoes you dont plan on keeping, you should be fine. Moral of the story is people always remember inconveniences over good experiences.

GBI love JackThreads... I've ordered … I love JackThreads... I've ordered from them multiple times and when I broke a back pocket on a pair of corduroy pants and asked to speak to someone operations manager, they never responded. I would love to be able to talk with someone reguarding my pants... thank you. -Ryan D

GBOrdering was easy Ordering was easy, but actually receiving my purchase has been very disappointing. I still have not received my purchase and have not received any tracking information. One of the main reasons I use Amazon so frequently is they keep me well informed from purchase through delivery. I did receive an email weeks after my order they discovered my shipment was lost during shipping and were sending another shipment. I’m anxious to see how this one goes. Purchase was for my son’s July 8th birthday, so I am hopeful. .
