GBBad news for people who hate good news They have great merchandise and amazing prices. I have never received clothing from them that I didn't love and many of their products would be hard to find anywhere else regardless of price. So when you factor in the prices they sell for there is no question it's a great deal. Yea their shipping can take along time but they clearly explain why this is the case and I haven't found their shipping to be any less reliable than other online stores. If you need to get your order right away or before an upcoming event you do run the risk of being dissapointed but if you are willing to wait a month you may as well get twice as much for the same price instead of spending that month tracking down the same stuff for more money.

GBMy mistake! I was wrong about this company! They provided quick delivery, great products, and exceptional customer service! I ordered a pair of shoes that they did in fact arrive on time but was found near a neighbors house. It was clearly not the company's fault. Before I discovered the package actually did arrive e-mailed customer service and they replied quickly the next day for I sent my email off hours. They promptly offered an investigation and a refund. I highly recommend this company and apologize greatly for the trouble.

GBNever a problem if youre not silly. I see a lot of poor reviews featuring items the complainant actually liked. I've been ordering from them for months with only one product compaint (cheap shoe) and I like the deals they give customers. Too many people don't know how to exchange items, my advise to them is to simply chat the store atrendants. If you're not silly, and dont do things like go to work with shoes you dont plan on keeping, you should be fine. Moral of the story is people always remember inconveniences over good experiences.

GBShipped to wrong address Had the wrong shipping address listed and was told I couldn't change it despite my package still not getting shipped for several days from that point. Was told to work with UPS - they weren't helpful. I had to submit a claim and was told that everything went through and that I would be hearing from JackThreads to either refund or resend. It has been several weeks and I've heard nothing. So basically I just paid for merchandise that I will never get or get refunded for.

GBPurchased new boots to replace the ones… Purchased new boots to replace the ones I got from jackthreads back in 2016. They look and wear great and the price was surprisingly reasonable. Order hadn’t shipped after a week so I spoke with support and found out there was a delay in the items arriving at JT’s warehouse. It was a good experience for the most part. Ordering was easy, glad they’re expanding their offerings. Support was great and quick to answer my questions.
