Customer Service is back!! Jack is BAAAACK! I got an email saying the original founder has taken his company back so I purchased something to get a feel for it. The customer service is back, they’re responsive and professional. I’ve placed a few more orders since and have only had positive experiences. So happy my Jacky is Backy

I love JackThreads... I've ordered … I love JackThreads... I've ordered from them multiple times and when I broke a back pocket on a pair of corduroy pants and asked to speak to someone operations manager, they never responded. I would love to be able to talk with someone reguarding my pants... thank you. -Ryan D

Slow Service, Inaccurate Web Inventory I really take time to make a decision when it comes to buying clothes online, and it’s frustrating that when I finally decided to buy they were beyond slow to inform me they were sold out. I wanted these for an event that is now over. I am incredibly disappointed in my experience with Jack Threads. I ordered a pair of shoes on Wed, Sept 27th, but wasn’t informed they were sold out until Friday, October 6th. I messaged after a few days of not seeing an update on my order status, and I was informed my order would be shipped soon. Why was I not informed they were sold out when I messaged the first time?

Bad news for people who hate good news They have great merchandise and amazing prices. I have never received clothing from them that I didn't love and many of their products would be hard to find anywhere else regardless of price. So when you factor in the prices they sell for there is no question it's a great deal. Yea their shipping can take along time but they clearly explain why this is the case and I haven't found their shipping to be any less reliable than other online stores. If you need to get your order right away or before an upcoming event you do run the risk of being dissapointed but if you are willing to wait a month you may as well get twice as much for the same price instead of spending that month tracking down the same stuff for more money.

So problems yet I love their clothes, it shipped in 9 days standard shipping which isn't bad at all. Prices are pretty reasonable when they go on clearance, so I usually just get those. I don't know about their program where you try out clothes for free, but It doesn't really appeal to me since I already know my sizes, and I can't speak for their customer service and didn't come across any issues yet. I still have another order pending for a pair of joggers and two pairs of jeans but so far i'm satisfied.
