GBSlow Service, Inaccurate Web Inventory I really take time to make a decision when it comes to buying clothes online, and it’s frustrating that when I finally decided to buy they were beyond slow to inform me they were sold out. I wanted these for an event that is now over. I am incredibly disappointed in my experience with Jack Threads. I ordered a pair of shoes on Wed, Sept 27th, but wasn’t informed they were sold out until Friday, October 6th. I messaged after a few days of not seeing an update on my order status, and I was informed my order would be shipped soon. Why was I not informed they were sold out when I messaged the first time?

GBShipped to wrong address Had the wrong shipping address listed and was told I couldn't change it despite my package still not getting shipped for several days from that point. Was told to work with UPS - they weren't helpful. I had to submit a claim and was told that everything went through and that I would be hearing from JackThreads to either refund or resend. It has been several weeks and I've heard nothing. So basically I just paid for merchandise that I will never get or get refunded for.

GBJT WAS THE BEST R.I.P. Anyone who used JT before 2017 knows they were awesome for the 8 years prior. Tough times and going out of business will certainly tank your level of customer service, which is what happened this year. Thanks for all the swag and deals, JT. You'll be missed.

GBTryOuts DO work! They're excellent. The people who have had problems are either A) extremely unique cases or B) incapable of reading. I have had nothing but positive experiences with TryOuts and JackThreads in general. I'd say the only downside is that I originally loved them for their deals, but they've recently reinvented themselves and started selling normal / high priced clothing. It's better quality, but I liked those cheaper brands like Goodale and the J Jones sneakers/ Shoes. They were cheaper and just better for my whole look. Anyway, I just saw these negative reviews and thought they were very undeserved. JackThreads is a great company with excellent customer service and a flawless app.

GBI wish there were an option to make this a negative 5 stars I purchased a jacket 2 weeks ago and haven't received any tracking information from this company. At this point you guys have stolen my money since customer service is impossible to reach throughout multiple platforms. (Email phone text twitter) I need my money back asap and to anyone looking to purchase from this website, keep it moving unless you want to order an item and never receive any information. JACK THREADS SUCKS I HOPE YOU ALL GO OUT OF BUSINESS
