Customer Service is back!! Jack is BAAAACK! I got an email saying the original founder has taken his company back so I purchased something to get a feel for it. I wish there were an option to make this a negative 5 stars I purchased a jacket 2 weeks ago and haven't received any tracking information from this company. At this point you guys have stolen my money since customer service is impossible to reach throughout multiple platforms. (Email phone text twitter) I need my money back asap and to anyone looking to purchase from this website, keep it moving unless you want to order an item and never receive any information. JACK THREADS SUCKS I HOPE YOU ALL GO OUT OF BUSINESS

I have purchased 3 items from them in the last 2 months and it looks like they are back to what they were originally. Excellent customer service + Great products... I'm glad my old JackThreads is back. Very professional and shipping was as advertised.

Great clothes and great prices Great, easy to work with retailed. I've loved all the clothes I've gotten from them, and for those that didn't fit right, I was able to return them easily.

I've ordered from them multiple times and when I broke a back pocket on a pair of corduroy pants and asked to speak to someone operations manager, they never responded.
