Purchased new boots to replace the ones… Purchased new boots to replace the ones I got from jackthreads back in 2016. They look and wear great and the price was surprisingly reasonable. Order hadn’t shipped after a week so I spoke with support and found out there was a delay in the items arriving at JT’s warehouse. It was a good experience for the most part. Ordering was easy, glad they’re expanding their offerings. Support was great and quick to answer my questions.

I have purchased 3 items from them in the last 2 months and it looks like they are back to what they were originally. Excellent customer service + Great products...
