Purchased new boots to replace the ones… Purchased new boots to replace the ones I got from jackthreads back in 2016. They look and wear great and the price was surprisingly reasonable. Order hadn’t shipped after a week so I spoke with support and found out there was a delay in the items arriving at JT’s warehouse. It was a good experience for the most part. Ordering was easy, glad they’re expanding their offerings. Support was great and quick to answer my questions.

Bad news for people who hate good news They have great merchandise and amazing prices. I have never received clothing from them that I didn't love and many of their products would be hard to find anywhere else regardless of price. So when you factor in the prices they sell for there is no question it's a great deal. Yea their shipping can take along time but they clearly explain why this is the case and I haven't found their shipping to be any less reliable than other online stores. If you need to get your order right away or before an upcoming event you do run the risk of being dissapointed but if you are willing to wait a month you may as well get twice as much for the same price instead of spending that month tracking down the same stuff for more money.

Favourite Online Store Everything from here has been incredible, shipped fast and on time, and their service for returns has been more than accommodating. I LOVE getting my stuff here. It is probably my favourite place to shop.

JT WAS THE BEST R.I.P. Anyone who used JT before 2017 knows they were awesome for the 8 years prior. Tough times and going out of business will certainly tank your level of customer service, which is what happened this year. Thanks for all the swag and deals, JT. You'll be missed.

I wish there were an option to make this a negative 5 stars I purchased a jacket 2 weeks ago and haven't received any tracking information from this company. At this point you guys have stolen my money since customer service is impossible to reach throughout multiple platforms. (Email phone text twitter) I need my money back asap and to anyone looking to purchase from this website, keep it moving unless you want to order an item and never receive any information. JACK THREADS SUCKS I HOPE YOU ALL GO OUT OF BUSINESS
