GBShipped to wrong address Had the wrong shipping address listed and was told I couldn't change it despite my package still not getting shipped for several days from that point. Was told to work with UPS - they weren't helpful. I had to submit a claim and was told that everything went through and that I would be hearing from JackThreads to either refund or resend. It has been several weeks and I've heard nothing. So basically I just paid for merchandise that I will never get or get refunded for.

GBSlow Service, Inaccurate Web Inventory I really take time to make a decision when it comes to buying clothes online, and it’s frustrating that when I finally decided to buy they were beyond slow to inform me they were sold out. I wanted these for an event that is now over. I am incredibly disappointed in my experience with Jack Threads. I ordered a pair of shoes on Wed, Sept 27th, but wasn’t informed they were sold out until Friday, October 6th. I messaged after a few days of not seeing an update on my order status, and I was informed my order would be shipped soon. Why was I not informed they were sold out when I messaged the first time?

GBwell like i said before jack treads was … well like i said before jack treads was a good website to shop and i bought many things from there site and i have had no problems with it until like around there farwell sale in which i order something on may 8 and it was supposed to be here by the 16 of may but it was never delivered and still didn't get a tracking number so i was worried. Until now i got a tracking number which was yesterday may 26 and my order should be here soon. so who ever bought something during the farewell sale just be patient your oder will arrive soon and you will get a tracking number. it's taking a long time since they have few workers so just wait and they will get to you soon.

GBJT WAS THE BEST R.I.P. Anyone who used JT before 2017 knows they were awesome for the 8 years prior. Tough times and going out of business will certainly tank your level of customer service, which is what happened this year. Thanks for all the swag and deals, JT. You'll be missed.

GBMy mistake! I was wrong about this company! They provided quick delivery, great products, and exceptional customer service! I ordered a pair of shoes that they did in fact arrive on time but was found near a neighbors house. It was clearly not the company's fault. Before I discovered the package actually did arrive e-mailed customer service and they replied quickly the next day for I sent my email off hours. They promptly offered an investigation and a refund. I highly recommend this company and apologize greatly for the trouble.
