I've ordered from them multiple times and when I broke a back pocket on a pair of corduroy pants and asked to speak to someone operations manager, they never responded. My mistake! I was wrong about this company! They provided quick delivery, great products, and exceptional customer service! I ordered a pair of shoes that they did in fact arrive on time but was found near a neighbors house. It was clearly not the company's fault. Before I discovered the package actually did arrive e-mailed customer service and they replied quickly the next day for I sent my email off hours. They promptly offered an investigation and a refund. I highly recommend this company and apologize greatly for the trouble.

Purchased new boots to replace the ones… Purchased new boots to replace the ones I got from jackthreads back in 2016. They look and wear great and the price was surprisingly reasonable. Order hadn’t shipped after a week so I spoke with support and found out there was a delay in the items arriving at JT’s warehouse. It was a good experience for the most part. Ordering was easy, glad they’re expanding their offerings. Support was great and quick to answer my questions.
