My mistake! I was wrong about this company! They provided quick delivery, great products, and exceptional customer service! I ordered a pair of shoes that they did in fact arrive on time but was found near a neighbors house. It was clearly not the company's fault. Before I discovered the package actually did arrive e-mailed customer service and they replied quickly the next day for I sent my email off hours. They promptly offered an investigation and a refund. I highly recommend this company and apologize greatly for the trouble.

Ordering was easy Ordering was easy, but actually receiving my purchase has been very disappointing. I still have not received my purchase and have not received any tracking information. One of the main reasons I use Amazon so frequently is they keep me well informed from purchase through delivery. I did receive an email weeks after my order they discovered my shipment was lost during shipping and were sending another shipment. I’m anxious to see how this one goes. Purchase was for my son’s July 8th birthday, so I am hopeful. .

I wish there were an option to make this a negative 5 stars I purchased a jacket 2 weeks ago and haven't received any tracking information from this company. At this point you guys have stolen my money since customer service is impossible to reach throughout multiple platforms. (Email phone text twitter) I need my money back asap and to anyone looking to purchase from this website, keep it moving unless you want to order an item and never receive any information. Great clothes and great prices Great, easy to work with retailed. I've loved all the clothes I've gotten from them, and for those that didn't fit right, I was able to return them easily.
