Bad news for people who hate good news They have great merchandise and amazing prices. I have never received clothing from them that I didn't love and many of their products would be hard to find anywhere else regardless of price. So when you factor in the prices they sell for there is no question it's a great deal. Yea their shipping can take along time but they clearly explain why this is the case and I haven't found their shipping to be any less reliable than other online stores. If you need to get your order right away or before an upcoming event you do run the risk of being dissapointed but if you are willing to wait a month you may as well get twice as much for the same price instead of spending that month tracking down the same stuff for more money.

well like i said before jack treads was … well like i said before jack treads was a good website to shop and i bought many things from there site and i have had no problems with it until like around there farwell sale in which i order something on may 8 and it was supposed to be here by the 16 of may but it was never delivered and still didn't get a tracking number so i was worried. Until now i got a tracking number which was yesterday may 26 and my order should be here soon. so who ever bought something during the farewell sale just be patient your oder will arrive soon and you will get a tracking number. it's taking a long time since they have few workers so just wait and they will get to you soon.

I wish there were an option to make this a negative 5 stars I purchased a jacket 2 weeks ago and haven't received any tracking information from this company. At this point you guys have stolen my money since customer service is impossible to reach throughout multiple platforms. (Email phone text twitter) I need my money back asap and to anyone looking to purchase from this website, keep it moving unless you want to order an item and never receive any information. Customer Service is back!! Jack is BAAAACK! I got an email saying the original founder has taken his company back so I purchased something to get a feel for it. The customer service is back, they’re responsive and professional. I’ve placed a few more orders since and have only had positive experiences. So happy my Jacky is Backy
