My mistake! I was wrong about this company! They provided quick delivery, great products, and exceptional customer service! I ordered a pair of shoes that they did in fact arrive on time but was found near a neighbors house. It was clearly not the company's fault. Before I discovered the package actually did arrive e-mailed customer service and they replied quickly the next day for I sent my email off hours. They promptly offered an investigation and a refund. I highly recommend this company and apologize greatly for the trouble.

Ordering was easy Ordering was easy, but actually receiving my purchase has been very disappointing. I still have not received my purchase and have not received any tracking information. One of the main reasons I use Amazon so frequently is they keep me well informed from purchase through delivery. I did receive an email weeks after my order they discovered my shipment was lost during shipping and were sending another shipment. I’m anxious to see how this one goes. Purchase was for my son’s July 8th birthday, so I am hopeful. .

TryOuts DO work! They're excellent. The people who have had problems are either A) extremely unique cases or B) incapable of reading. I have had nothing but positive experiences with TryOuts and JackThreads in general. I'd say the only downside is that I originally loved them for their deals, but they've recently reinvented themselves and started selling normal / high priced clothing. It's better quality, but I liked those cheaper brands like Goodale and the J Jones sneakers/ Shoes. They were cheaper and just better for my whole look. Anyway, I just saw these negative reviews and thought they were very undeserved. JackThreads is a great company with excellent customer service and a flawless app.

well like i said before jack treads was … well like i said before jack treads was a good website to shop and i bought many things from there site and i have had no problems with it until like around there farwell sale in which i order something on may 8 and it was supposed to be here by the 16 of may but it was never delivered and still didn't get a tracking number so i was worried. Until now i got a tracking number which was yesterday may 26 and my order should be here soon. so who ever bought something during the farewell sale just be patient your oder will arrive soon and you will get a tracking number. it's taking a long time since they have few workers so just wait and they will get to you soon.
