Never a problem if youre not silly. I see a lot of poor reviews featuring items the complainant actually liked. I've been ordering from them for months with only one product compaint (cheap shoe) and I like the deals they give customers. Too many people don't know how to exchange items, my advise to them is to simply chat the store atrendants. If you're not silly, and dont do things like go to work with shoes you dont plan on keeping, you should be fine. Moral of the story is people always remember inconveniences over good experiences.

I've ordered from them multiple times and when I broke a back pocket on a pair of corduroy pants and asked to speak to someone operations manager, they never responded. I wish there were an option to make this a negative 5 stars I purchased a jacket 2 weeks ago and haven't received any tracking information from this company. At this point you guys have stolen my money since customer service is impossible to reach throughout multiple platforms. (Email phone text twitter) I need my money back asap and to anyone looking to purchase from this website, keep it moving unless you want to order an item and never receive any information. JACK THREADS SUCKS I HOPE YOU ALL GO OUT OF BUSINESS
