So problems yet I love their clothes, it shipped in 9 days standard shipping which isn't bad at all. Prices are pretty reasonable when they go on clearance, so I usually just get those. I don't know about their program where you try out clothes for free, but It doesn't really appeal to me since I already know my sizes, and I can't speak for their customer service and didn't come across any issues yet. I still have another order pending for a pair of joggers and two pairs of jeans but so far i'm satisfied.

I've ordered from them multiple times and when I broke a back pocket on a pair of corduroy pants and asked to speak to someone operations manager, they never responded. Slow Service, Inaccurate Web Inventory I really take time to make a decision when it comes to buying clothes online, and it’s frustrating that when I finally decided to buy they were beyond slow to inform me they were sold out. I wanted these for an event that is now over. I am incredibly disappointed in my experience with Jack Threads. I ordered a pair of shoes on Wed, Sept 27th, but wasn’t informed they were sold out until Friday, October 6th. I messaged after a few days of not seeing an update on my order status, and I was informed my order would be shipped soon. Why was I not informed they were sold out when I messaged the first time?

Never a problem if youre not silly. I see a lot of poor reviews featuring items the complainant actually liked. I've been ordering from them for months with only one product compaint (cheap shoe) and I like the deals they give customers. Too many people don't know how to exchange items, my advise to them is to simply chat the store atrendants. If you're not silly, and dont do things like go to work with shoes you dont plan on keeping, you should be fine. Moral of the story is people always remember inconveniences over good experiences.
