I wish there were an option to make this a negative 5 stars I purchased a jacket 2 weeks ago and haven't received any tracking information from this company. At this point you guys have stolen my money since customer service is impossible to reach throughout multiple platforms. (Email phone text twitter) I need my money back asap and to anyone looking to purchase from this website, keep it moving unless you want to order an item and never receive any information. JACK THREADS SUCKS I HOPE YOU ALL GO OUT OF BUSINESS

Ordering was easy Ordering was easy, but actually receiving my purchase has been very disappointing. I still have not received my purchase and have not received any tracking information. One of the main reasons I use Amazon so frequently is they keep me well informed from purchase through delivery. I did receive an email weeks after my order they discovered my shipment was lost during shipping and were sending another shipment. I’m anxious to see how this one goes. Purchase was for my son’s July 8th birthday, so I am hopeful. .

JackThreads is Back in Hands of Original Owner Jackthreads is back in the hands of the original founder... and I can tell. I have purchased 3 items from them in the last 2 months and it looks like they are back to what they were originally. Excellent customer service + Great products... I'm glad my old JackThreads is back. Very professional and shipping was as advertised.

Purchased new boots to replace the ones… Purchased new boots to replace the ones I got from jackthreads back in 2016. They look and wear great and the price was surprisingly reasonable. Order hadn’t shipped after a week so I spoke with support and found out there was a delay in the items arriving at JT’s warehouse. It was a good experience for the most part. Ordering was easy, glad they’re expanding their offerings. Support was great and quick to answer my questions.

Slow Service, Inaccurate Web Inventory I really take time to make a decision when it comes to buying clothes online, and it’s frustrating that when I finally decided to buy they were beyond slow to inform me they were sold out. I wanted these for an event that is now over. I am incredibly disappointed in my experience with Jack Threads. I ordered a pair of shoes on Wed, Sept 27th, but wasn’t informed they were sold out until Friday, October 6th. I messaged after a few days of not seeing an update on my order status, and I was informed my order would be shipped soon. Why was I not informed they were sold out when I messaged the first time?
