GBRemarkable customer service and exchange policy… Remarkable customer service and extended 90-day return/exchange policy allowed me to find the perfect pair of sunglasses after the first pair did not work out. I LOVE my replacement Bello sunglasses!!! They’re super light weight and sits on my challenging nose bridge perfectly. Not to mention they’re so cool-looking and makes me look cool. 😎

AUTerrible customer service - Never use this company Never order from this company. I ordered a pair of prescription glasses and it took almost 3 month to get them. Contacted them numerous times to get progress updates and would occassionally get a response. As a measure of good faith they also promised to send a pair of a sunglasses with my order as it had taken so long. Well needless to say they did not send them. I sent a follow up email to advise that i had not got them as promised. Funny I am still waiting for a response. Terrible customer service, terrible response time. I would never recommend them to anyone or order from them again EVER.

GBDelayed shipping Delayed shipping. Order was placed on November 2nd…..has yet to ship. I have received several emails indicating it has been delayed, which is appreciated. However, can’t review a product I have not received and have no idea when it will be here.

GBI am very impressed with the service… I am very impressed with the service that staff provided!! Apparently I entered the wrong subscription, received two pairs of glasses which I could not use!! I contacted them immediately to return my glasses and staff worked with me to get the right order placed.!! Excellent service!!

GBI had an issue with my glasses I had an issue with my glasses. They are repairing them and doing them again. The service is excellent. The response is excellent and I couldn’t be more pleased. I’ll be buying my next classes from them as well.
