Glass arrived in a timely fashion. Customer Service was polite, professional, and timely. Price was fabulous. Product was worth the price! Love my glasses!!!!

I am very impressed with the service… I am very impressed with the service that staff provided!! Apparently I entered the wrong subscription, received two pairs of glasses which I could not use!! I contacted them immediately to return my glasses and staff worked with me to get the right order placed.!! Excellent service!!

Terrible customer service - Never use this company Never order from this company. I ordered a pair of prescription glasses and it took almost 3 month to get them. Contacted them numerous times to get progress updates and would occassionally get a response. As a measure of good faith they also promised to send a pair of a sunglasses with my order as it had taken so long. Well needless to say they did not send them. I sent a follow up email to advise that i had not got them as promised. Funny I am still waiting for a response. Terrible customer service, terrible response time. I would never recommend them to anyone or order from them again EVER.
