Your return policy is ridiculous Your return policy is ridiculous. I will never order from this company again. I literally took the backpack I ordered out of the bag to confirm if my laptop fit, it did not. I sent the requested pictures and Woosir claims I cannot return the bag. So now I’m stuck with a bag I don’t want.

Love This Perfect Bag I love my new small Woosir Vintage Waxed Crossbody Messenger Bag that I recently received. It’s perfect for holding all of my Geocaching tools and needs when I go out adventuring for treasures. It’s sturdy, yet attractive, and has lots of useful zippered and open pockets for organizing my gear. The adjustable super-comfy webbed crossbody strap allows me to stay hands free while exploring. Like I said initially, this bag is perfect in every way!

Woosir has great products and great purchasing experience. I am very happy with my waxed canvas briefcase/messenger bag. Great quality and exactly as described. The Woosir web site is easy to navigate, great information and pictures. Easy purchase process. Received email with order and tracking info. The original tracking number did not work but I emailed support and promptly received email from the Customer Service Manager with an update. I will most definitely purchase from Woosir again.
